Mulligans Pharmacy has a rich history, which began in 1957 when Jim and Sheila Mulligan established the first of many Mulligans Pharmacies at 25 Georges Street, Waterford. We purchased The Belle Brush Original…
We purchased The Belle Brush Original for our daughter who absolutely hates brushing her hair, it's the best product we have bought to date. We found it way better than the tangle teezer that used to pull at her hair. We have literally tried every brush on the market and this is miles ahead of the rest and highly recommended. Great service Thanks

Very basic
Very basic - I ordered an electric toothbrush from Mulligan's - first time I had ever bought something from them, online - and it arrived a couple of days later, very efficiently, together with a small sample of face cream and a sample of perfume - nice surprise! I doubt if they could have done better.
