This is the second time I have purchased and both expansions were positive- I would buy from here again !

Fast dispatch, kept upto date about order via emails. DPD delievery.

At the time I decided to change my wave although it was still in good working order.
I went for the charge to possibly keep a sharp edge on the blade for longer. The upgrade was made more appealing as you had offers on at the time and I couldn't find one cheaper.
I ordered just after Christmas and thought it would take a while to be delivered but it came very quickly.

Excellent Leatherman multitool engraved nicely for a birthday gift & delivered efficiently.

The website was easy to browse with plenty of products listed and prices were very competitive.

I ended up ordering a Leatherman Surge on 21/12 and it duly arrived on 28/12, well-wrapped and in a proper Leatherman presentation box, with the extra file blade and nylon pouch. A small sharpening stone and vial of oil was included. I wasn't in a hurry regarding delivery and it was at a busy time of the year, so a week was fine.

The tool seems perfect and I have already used it for a few small tasks, especially the pliers, which are very robust.

Ordered a multi-tool for a Christmas present & chose the Royal Mail 24 option. A week after the expected delivery date it hadn’t arrived despite the Royal Mail receiving it from the seller. Multi-tool-store were very helpful, arranged a DPD delivery of a replacement which arrived three days before Christmas. Great service, very friendly & also have arranged an easy free return of the extra multi-tool which eventually also arrived from the Royal Mail.

I needed the multi-tool in a hurry and the carrier lost it but the multi-tool-store got a replacement to me the next day

Can’t believe a professional company when knowing that the Royal Mail was going on strike decided to use them as their chosen courier. Two weeks after the order was completed it still hasn’t arrived. So much for a Christmas present. Clearly your dispatch department either didn’t care or think this through.

Great service, quality products

Great customer service when there was a mistake with my delivery address ( most likely my error!) .it was sorted out immediately and I was sent an email almost simultaneously with the details corrected. The item is a gift for my husband who managed to lose his previous leatherman🙈. I've had it engraved which is a lovely personal touch. I would recommend this company and use again
