Poor Quality laptop failed after just 18 months. They didnt care!
I bought a gaming laptop from Multicom and the motherboard failed after just 18 months.
They said it was out of warranty and refused to do anything. 18000 NOK down the drain. My experiece was they might perform OK for a little while, but they dont last !
Never buying anythign from Multicom ever again. BEWARE!

Thank you for sharing your experience. It is of course very unfortunate to hear that the motherboard on your laptop stopped working after 18 months.
We just want to clarify that all products purchased from us include a 2-year warranty, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. If the service center has assessed the issue as not covered by the warranty, it is usually because the damage has been classified as user-related or caused by external factors, which unfortunately are not covered by the warranty.

Slow dispatch
Ordered a few times now. Prices are good and items always as they should be, but there is always a few days to a week before anything gets shipped out. Even things listed as in stock.
