Pray not to need customer service.

As long as nothing goes wrong, Multicom's service is satisfactory, their prices are competitive, and they offer a very wide range of all manner of otherwise hard-to-find niche items. But if something does go wrong, be prepared for extensive delays.

Of a batch of three hard drives, one was dead on arrival. These things happen, nothing unusual or unacceptable there.

However, after submitting an RMA request, it took 15 days, and 5 reminders, eventually including threatening to fall back on a credit card chargeback, to get any response other than the automated receipt of request, which stated a goal of a response within 1 working day. After the hard drive was delivered back to Multicom, it took a further 25 days and 3 reminders for them to confirm my findings that the drive was inoperable. With the manufacturer's tools, it should have taken approximately 10 minutes, start to finish, to confirm that the drive was nonfunctional.

Total time from submitting an RMA to receiving a definite response (to refund me, due to inability to source an equivalent item): 48 days, including time to ship the item back.

Caveat emptor. You have been warned.

I bought Asus ROG cetra to Multicom and…

I bought Asus ROG cetra to Multicom and paid the delivery fee of 79kr on the 11th of January 2025, up until now 31st of January I have not received my package and there's a lot of problem with the package to come through. I wanted my money back so that they can just keep the said earpiece back. They don't answer back with my query from this morning 31st of January and it's already afternoon 13:46 to be exact. Now... TrustPilot can you help me with this, talk to the people from Multicom and send me back my Money.

Delaying action

The ordered parts were shown on the website as available immediately.After ordering, it turned out that you have to wait until you complete the order because the parts were not there. When you finally prepared the package and sent this posten so far has not delivered my order even though it has already passed a few days from the date of the expected delivery.I am still waiting.

I recommend multicom

I recommend multicom, the order did not arrive for a moment but it was because I did not realize that a product was not in stock. I contacted them and they told me the day it would arrive and so it did. Very happy, thank you.

Not much communication

Not much communication, I ordered some memory for my PC, got no confirmation that it was ordered, checked online to see that the order was not being processed, took maybe a week yo confirm the order and I got the parts with no explanation as to why it was not delivered earlier.
