Klaus is a company i wouldnt suggest any business or person should engage to build multi level car parking systems. This company has authorised works to shave a basement wall in my garage then commission the stacker when concrete wall hasnt been sealed off and fasteners inserted into compromised structure. i now have a unsafe stacker where wall fasteners and spacers have fallen. The stacker is now unsafe and unusable. i have engaged a building inspector report that documents the works carried out. Klaus is not willing to repair the wall structure and fix fasteners.

They will lie to you and then say, oh you didn't read the fine print. Tough luck. Pay! If you do not have to deal with them don't. Go somewhere else if you can.

They ignore service requests or complaints. The lower parking spot is unusable because I cannot open my door. The upper platform to the right, stays in the lowered position. It is a crap company, a crap product, and even worse service.

We have been dealing with repeated malfunctions of our KLAUS Multiparking system for over three years. In some cases, our car was stuck for days — and recently for two full weeks — with no way to access or use our private parking space. The company's response time is slow, and while they offer explanations, they take no responsibility and provide no compensation. Extremely frustrating and disappointing service for such a critical daily-use system.

Sorry to say but i'm very disappointed the the way Klaus you are treating me , their existing customer,

Charging me $500 an existing client for 2 minutes work is not OK.

Klaus is an impression of professionalism to me. Everytime I enter the car park, it remind me of how I was helped by Stephen who came within minutes to resolve the chaos. The extra mile he went to get me out and also other cars stuck in. He was so patient, his attitude calmed down my stress levels and he also trained a few of us the right way to use the process. I was on cloud nine with his service standards and he left me feel like a high net worth client although I am only renting here. Keep flourishing Klaus, God bless!
