GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT :) had a few …

GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT :) had a few problems at first figuring out what I was doing. Broke down and messaged support by opening a ticket. They respond VERY fast :) helpful friendly and knowledgeable. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat. My server runs smooth only lag I have is when I go near huge bases. (Ark evolved) Ping is almost always around 24 and rarely goes over 100 even with a full server. Very happy all around. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Don't trust them! Horrible service, then they stole money from me.

I got horrible service from them, server kept messing up and corrupting my save games. This happened about 10 times and so I canceled my subscription with 10 days left on my first month. then 2 weeks later they had the nerve to charge me again. Not only are their servers crap, they fraudulently charged my bank

I'm sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience, however as my colleague mentioned in the last responses you had in your ticket 12 days ago, is that we do have an SLA of 12 hours.
Unfortunately we do have other customers who send in tickets, so we can't send responses instantaneously.

Regarding the issue with the payment, as I've explained in the previous two tickets you've sent in, that unfortunately we aren't able to modify your Paypal's subscriptions, so this needs to manually be cancelled yourself in the subscriptions setting of Paypal.

Great server and customer service is …

Great server and customer service is awesome. Interface on the dash board isn't as intuitive as I would like. For example, there is a player data tab in the dashboard but no information ever populates there, even if players are on and there is never any player data to download. Maybe it works and I'm missing something but that just supports my claim the dashboard isn't intuitive.

Patient and Friendly.

I decided to host a server of Minecraft for the first time for some friends. I'd hosted a server privately on my home computer before many years ago. I've never rented a server before and was very unsure about setting it up. I initially ran into a few snags which resulted in placing two separate help tickets. I received quick replies and if at first the issue wasn't resolved they broke it down so that I could understand what to do and didn't close the ticket until I was happy. I really appreciate this kind of customer service and I feel much more comfortable renting a server from a reputable service. The worlds we create and communities are important to us gamers and the staff here makes that possible. Thank You very much.

Quick, friendly and proffesional support

I am willing to open up more dedicated game-servers here.
Quick, friendly and proffesional support. Mostly get answer withing an hour when posting a ticket.
The webinterface is nice and easy to understand. I only miss FTP access to the Beta-game "Space Engineers". Keep it up, and you will conquer this whole market =)

Surport team

Just finished dealing with the technical team after running into an issue on minecraft, during this issue I delt with a number of people and all were very very helpful. I was kept informed of each step and they worked closely with me to get this sorted and happy to say I’m all back up and running, excellent service!!!

They should change company name to " No …

They should change company name to " No Problems" cause thats my experience with them, i just ended my service due to my kidz quit playing computergames ( to do more outdoor sports - incredible good :) so i didnt need the gameserver any more, but if i ever want that service again, there is only one company to engage in this.
