No complaints at all
Hi, I've been renting an ARK ps4 server now for a couple of months and I have zero complaints and nothing but a positive experience. The game play has been perfect and any little server settings I've wanted to change has been very easy to do. I've had a few communications with the admin guys like Zyphen and Bandito and they have answered my noob questions very quickly and in the best way possible. Sorry for the noob questions guys. Have never been found wanting. Only early days but so far incredibly good. Will happily recommend to anyone :)

Great customer support, but FTP access would be nice
At first, I was a little irritated that I couldn't use FTP to edit my Factorio server, but customer support was very responsive and fast and was able to help me work through all the issues that came up!

Terrible servers
Terrible servers. Could not run Farm Sim 17 with only 4 people playing. Server would crash every 30 minutes or so and the only thing they said was it was our fault. N one was willing to fix anything, so i asked for a refund and will go somewhere else.

What an awesome company
What an awesome company. Didnt know much about setting up a server. For that they got Tutorial texts and videos. Still had a problem setting up my MC server: Contacted the support and, I kid you not, withing 20 min I got a response. They moved the server and offered to reinstall the modpack I was using EVEN dow I could only provide a download-link to the pack.
Just pure awesomeness
Now I need to look what other games I should host for at Multiplay Gameservers

Excellent, quick, cheap and efficient!
Very Good company.
Fast support and always responding - even before the time they say they will.
Updates to server are fast and actually beat gameservers.com (sorry but they are competition). Setup was simple and price is decent. I will host again anytime with this company and still continue to do so. I have no server lag. I am also renting all the way from South Africa - so definitely a thumbs up from me.

The customer sevice is extremely fast at reply try to help like to see few setting add which I have done my self also be nice to have a discount for rent 2 severe as at month cost be 30 pound UK so if it was 25 I'd be lot more likely to take a second severe for the same game only two reasoned why didn't give them 5 star if any one of the 2 downside were done give them 5 stars
