Mummy Loves Organics Reviews 

Ordered in March 2021. Item received in April 2021. The gift box was missing an item and I raised a concern using the email address provided on the site. After multiple further emails, I finally received a reply bluntly saying the missing item would be sent. It's now June and despite 3 or 4 further emails, still no item. I've asked for my concern to by logged as a formal complaint and will see if this prompts any action. Really poor customer service.

The products themselves smell nice but didn't make a difference to daughter sleeping.

I won't buy again.

I bought the diffuser as a gift but I'm sure the person will love it! smells gorgeous, packed in lovely box, so happy I ordered from you. And also it arrived sooner then expected. I will definitely order again.

I placed an order on 15th April, got told it has been shipped on 22nd April, but never received anything. I am a returning customer and was impressed with the product hence why I came back for more. I have tried reaching out to them many times, via email, Insta DM and Evan commented on their post on insta which keep getting deleted! I simply want someone to come back to me ASAP. Reading other reviews it’s seems like this is something that keeps happening!

I ordered a bundle from there website on the 22nd feb, then receieved an email on the 25th and 2nd of march saying my items had been dispatched a week later no parcel. So i emailed them twice, messaged through DM on social media, contacted them on there website and commented on pictures on facebook and instagram ( both got deleted). Terrible customer service! How can they update there social media yet dont reply to customers who spent £30 on products!

Edit: wow i tried to contact the company for a week and no reply i leave a bad review and you reply within 12hours.... yes you havs lack of staff but someone should still be working customer care. clearly i didnt get my parcel otherwise why would i be trying to contact you, ill have to chase up royalmail now!

Omg I don't know how to explain how amazing shhleepies is. My 9 month old use to wake every 90 minutes (max) some days he would wake every 10 to 20 minutes between 2200hrs and 0300hrs. I ve been using thw shhleepies bed mist and oil for 3 days now and I cant recommend it enough. 3 nights in and hes waking twice max in the night once for a feed and the second usually for his dummy. I can now also put him in his cot tired and he will settle himself, (this has never happened) its amazing. This worn out mummy is finally getting some rest.

Ordered late on Wednesday evening and arrived Friday morning first thing. Brilliant quick service thank you x

Purchased the bath milk but unfortunately due to my baby having allergies couldn’t use informed the company and out of good will they sent me the foot oil and pillow spray and I’m in love with these products the smell is amazing before you even open the box very nicely packaged and wrapped I will deffo recommend to friends and family in need of sleep the delivery took a little while but with all the pandemic going on it’s understandable thank you mummy loves organics for being an understanding company and polite service

Amazing product, works perfectly for my 11 week old daughter, also used it when my other daughter was a baby, been great for both my babies would definitely recommend 😁

Once you place the Order. Mummylovesorganics.com takes your money and leaves you with what ever they send you, without giving you any sort of contact. So if you receive something that you don't want, FORGET THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CONTACT THEM...!!! This is, conning people.

Amazing company making amazing products, my babies sleep through the night because of shhleepies feet.

Same as previous review. Placed order 31st July 20. Received email 5th August 20 saying order had been shipped with Royal Mail. Not received order, money has been debited, emailed twice enquiring when I should expect order, no reply and no telephone number on website to contact them.
Update
I have received a email this morning with apologies and saying order should be with me tomorrow.

I am adding my name to the list of dissatisfied customers. I placed my order July 31st. On Ag 4th I received a "no reply" email to say that it had been dispatched by Royal Mail, but no tracking information.
Twice I have used their contact form to which there have been no replies. My account was debited Aug 3rd!!
No replies, no products and no telephone number to contact them! Dreadful company!

Not received my oil emailed them numerous time all ignored, no phone number I've been scammed dont order

I love the Shleepy Feet foot oil for babies. I have ordered a couple of times never with any issues. Every thing arrived promptly and nicely package even in the middle of a pandemic. My 2 year old daughter still loves it and puts on her bedtine perfume every night 😊 would thoroughly recommend. I enjoy this little addition to my babies bedtime routines and would recommend

Ordered the foot oil for my 18 month old as she still does not sleep longer than an hour or so.. Unfortunately it didn’t work with her 😔...However, my 5 year old who has barely slept a full night In over 2 years due to night terrors went out like a light!! (I have tried so many different sleep aids like this for her so didn’t initially get it with her in mind) First time in a very long time for her and what’s more she slept straight through and has done since I’ve been using this!! Will definitely be putting another order in soon and try more of the range on offer!!!

Received my product today, absolutely love the smell, very calming aroma to it,I can’t wait to try it out on my son and myself 😊 great seller and I received it sooner then I expected, will definitely be buying from this company again,

I placed my order on the 1st Jan and my order still hasn't arrived. I received an email saying it was dispached on the 7th Jan. I have since sent 2 DM's on instagram which have not been replied to. I commented twice on one of their photos and both times it got deleted along with another persons comment I noticed. Why not reply to your customers instead of deleting their comments?!?
EDIT - they have now blocked me from instagram. No idea why as I was not abusive or anything in my messages (I took screenshots of my messages!). Such bad customer service!!
