This was my very first (and certainly NOT the last) order with Mura! I came across their Elizaveta dress and absolutely fell in love with it and knew I had to have it. I received it in a matter of days and the quality is amazing. So happy!

I’m a frequent buyer of Mura Boutique! Love every piece. Last time I ordered and the fit was not suitable for me, I returned and received a credit. I wish Mura can offer free shipping and free return! It’s very expensive to pay for shipping fees both ways.

I purchased a $100 dress but it did not arrive before going overseas. It was delivered to my partner while I was overseas.
When I come home and open the parcel, the dress has a stain on it. I return the dress and later told it exceeded the 30 day return and they will send it back to me. You can clearly tell I have not even tried the dress on and therefore the good was damaged by them. I will not buy from here again and would not recommend this retailer.

I won a gift voucher via Mura’s Instagram page. I purchased two items however unfortunately one had sold out so I was refunded 120% of it and was given a store credit/gift voucher. They were very sorry and happy to help make my experience better! When the second item arrived unfortunately it didn’t fit quite right. So I returned it using their easy return form. However the parcel took a long time and took 11 days to get there. I sent them an email as I was worried it had been lost. They replied very quickly and were very helpful. I was still worried my parcel had been lost. After I found my tracking number they were able to find it and they processed my return. I’m very happy with how they talk to customers via email and reply almost straight away.

I found Mura Boutique on Instagram a few days ago and I'm beyond excited at their absolutely gorgeous collection! I placed an order almost immediately and wasn't sure whether or not they would ship across the ocean to me as I live in Fiji. So, you can imagine my excitement when the Mura support team got on to my order almost right away, responded ever so promptly to my Instagram messages and sent me an email with tracking information on my order in 48 hours! Wow! Thank you Mura! Your service is incredible and you have an amazing team of brilliant and beautiful people working behind the scenes! I'm definitely going to be a very regular customer. I recently purchased the angelonia skirt and matching top set and fell in love with it! I purchased another set in a different pattern the day it arrived. It arrived within 2 days as well!!

I’m in love with practically all of their dresses. I just recently ordered a midi Knit dress in Rose and it fits me perfectly (small)! Most of their clothing is true to size but definitely judged by material (if it’s more rigid probably best to size up as it would have no stretch and could be tight). Not to mention, the DHL express is really fast so the 15 AUD is worth the money. The prices of the clothes is somewhat pricey so I usually wait until their sales to purchase items. Overall, would highly recommend!
