This is the second year we've used Murciaholidayrentals, Marcus and Georgia have been on the ball, keeping us up to date with our bookings every year. ie: Deposit, checking in and checking out.
They are both dedicated to their business and very helpful when we had a few minor issues which were sorted out straight way .
We are re-booking again for 2025.
I would recommend this company to my friends and relatives.

Service from staff (particularly Georgia) was outstanding, she resolved any issues immediately and nothing was too much trouble.

Very easy to deal with and responsive to messages. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but were kept informed at all stages of our stay regardless.

We booked casa bonito on la torre for a 5 day break in July to look at some Spanish properties so didn’t need anything really grand and went with this company as they were the cheapest, on arrival the property was even better than the pictures clean bright very well situated close to the centre and the views from the balcony we’re fantastic, Unfortunately I hurt my back on route to Spain and was extremely impressed with the help I received from Marcus and his team nothing was too much trouble for them. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish and would not hesitate to book with them again. I have read some reviews regarding unfair deductions from the security deposit and the company being all about the money and strongly disagree with this as ours was refunded very quickly with no deductions and Marcus even gave me a e-scooter free of charge for 2 days to help as I couldn’t walk far due to back pain. Highly recommended 5 stars thank you so much for all your help Marcus and the team

Great communication before and during our stay - apartment was just as described and spotlessly clean

Although the apartment was very good we did experience some problems.
Firstly. The code given to access the keys was wrong and it took 2 hours standing outside to contact someone to give us the correct code and that was only because we have a relative who lives on the site who was able to track down the owner of the management company.
Second. There was no remote to access the underground car park and despite asking for one in person and being promised that the issue would be addressed we never got a response and consequently had to park on the road for the duration of the stay.
We did however get a speedy response to a blocked drain.

No hassle, clear communication about the check-inn process and a very clean and well equipped holiday apartment. You can see that this organisation has experience in their business. Special thanks to Georgia for the friendly and clear communication!

Kati Kasmi has gone the extra mile on more than one occasion to help us while we were back in the UK. She helped us track down some parcels we posted to La Torre Golf Resort. Thanks to Kati we found the parcels and all ended well. Kati also went out of her way to provide measurements at our apartment whilst we were back in the UK and were having some work done in our apartment. I can highly recommend the service that Murcia Property Rentals have provided us in the short time that we have engaged with them. It’s very reassuring to know that Kati and her colleagues are so helpful, pleasant and professional at La Torre and that our apartment is in good hands whilst we are back in the UK. Mike and Meril

We had a 5* experience with Murcia Holiday rentals. Their rep Georgia couldnt have been more helpful. She listened to our requests, discussed options and advised us of best fit and value - answered and returned calls and emails in a timely manner. Information re process and villa was accurate. There were no issues - lockbox access worked, villa was clean, welcome gift, deposit returned within days, onsite support excellent. Everyone we dealt with was professional - we will book direct with them again.

Was in la torre golf resort last week and decided to hire an E scooter to roam around the resort to see what was on offer I hired the scooter of Murcia holiday rentals and a friendly guy called Marcus did the paperwork and showed me how the scooter operates and answered all my questions very good service highly recommended many thanks Eddie

We were looked after by Joy on our stay, and she really was the star of the holiday! Joy helped us with many things from sourcing a pushchair after we forgot ours, to booking taxis all over the place. Joy was so fantastic and without her, we would have been lost (quite litreally!). We were left very impressed and felt very looked after. The whole booking process was really smooth and clear and we would strongly recommend Murcia Holiday Rentals.

Just returned from a fabulous week in Santiago de la Ribera. The villa was spectacular and in a good location for getting around.
The booking process was easy and the follow up by staff was reassuring.
Damian, our contact in Spain, could not have been more helpful which only enhanced our experience whilst there.
Could not recommend this company more highly and would definitely use again.

Villa was clean and very well equipped. We had everything we needed. Pool was a good size and garden quite private.

The only criticism would be the BBQ. Very small.

From booking to the end of our stay Murcia Holidays were very prompt in dealing with any of our queries. The apartment was exactly as advertised and we had a wonderful holiday and booking experience. I can highly recommend using Murcia Holidays and will be booking with them in the future.

Marcus and the team provide an excellent service and are available to help should you need it. They provide nice touches on check and when we arrived there was wine and fizz on the table.
