I can’t say enough great things about Murcia Holiday Rentals and particularly Marcus. When we first bought our unit we knew we wanted to rent it but were unsure how to do that. Fortunately, someone recommended them to us and it’s been a great and profitable experience for us ever since.
Marcus explained everything to us about the process with great detail and accuracy and was always available via phone or email for any clarifications.
The company provides important and useful tips and information about how to make the experience better for both renters and owners on an ongoing basis.
They are always very prompt in replies to any inquiries and keep us fully informed in a timely manner about renters. They are very knowledgeable about the market and make the experience very personal and tailor it to our needs.

Marcus and the team at Murcia Holiday Rentals provide a very personal service, I know I can trust them to provide quality renters and keep me up to date on bookings, changes, payment etc. I have used them for a couple of years now having had no bookings with a previous agent.
