I ordered some ukulele strings that are not available in the UK. The shipping was a little expensive but was 100% worth it as the service was so fast and friendly. I'm very impressed and will definitely order from Musikhaus Korn again!

Second time purchasing from their model train website, modellbahnshop.de . Excellent service, nice to deal with and shipping internationally without a problem.

No complaints, ordered a guitar that is currently very hard to find in the EU. It was about 50€ cheaper than in most stores, and they got it to DHL with a tracking link very quickly. Customer service was great too, they answered all my questions.

Currently waiting on DHL, definetly recommended.

I have bought from this shop an electric guitar set Fender Squier Affinity Strat HSS CAR on 21 December and today, 31 December I received it. I can say it is a very beautiful guitar , sounds great, well packed and fully equipped with everything you need.
But this review is not about the guitar, you can find it on the internet.. it is about this Musikhaus Korn. My experience with them was very pleasant, and here I want to specially thank to Sindy Hähnel, who was very kind to me and quickly responded to my every single email. The package was sent by the shop in the same day I ordered it. I received it fast enough considering this pandemic situation and the Christmas time !
I will highly recommend this shop to my friends!

I found a guitar pack that I was looking for and had been sold out everywhere else. I didn't know this store, but it looked professional so I registered and made the order. I got contacted right away by their staff (Sindy Hahnel), who took care of the order and shipped it the same day, and it got from Germany to Portugal in just 4 week days, right on time for Christmas! Before finding this, I had had no hope that I'd find that specific pack, nor that it would arrive in time, so I'm very pleased. It was also very well packaged, which is always a concern with musical instruments.

I recommend this site, even if you are located outside of Germany. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because I experienced a small payment problem (Paypal payment options on the website didn't work for me, maybe because I ordered from outside Germany). However, their customer service people are top notch and found a solution for me quickly and efficiently. They then fast-tracked my order to make up for the hastle.
So please note that their customer support gets 5 stars for sure. I am sure they will quickly fix the payment problem if necessary or clarify the instructions on their website so other people don't have the same little problem as I did.
