Amazing customer service
We were interested in pre-ordering the Wolfmix W1 MK3, so we reached out to Sindy from International Sales. The pre-order was handled extremely fast, and professionally - the unit arrived in stores stock a week quicker than we expected.
We got an email notification that the unit has been restocked, and after 2 minutes, we already received an update that the unit had been shipped with a tracking number, and the package was already handed over to DHL.
11/10 - customer service, especially from Sindy
