**INCREDIBLE** customer service. I'm in the US, and as a first-time customer, I sent an email asking about specialized items shipping to the US whose total would be *less than 150 euro*. So this would require some effort on their part. They treated me like a VIP from minute one, I couldn't believe how nice and attentive they were over such a tiny order. All in English. At least for overseas customers - definitely check them out!!

I couldn’t find the SP-404 mkii anywhere, then I’ve ran into this eshop. I emailed the support because i wasn’t sure if they actually had it in stock and in a single day I’ve managed to have the order sent by the kindest customer service person I’ve ever communicated with. I needed a very rare 4 pin 9V 4A power adapter for my instrument which went missing and I couldn't even find it on ebay.
Paid using paypal.
The package arrived much sooner than expected (next day), and even got a discount coupon for next purchase.
The adapter feels sturdy and high quality. it does it job well without creating audio artifacts on the electric circuit.. I am very happy!
Customer support (Sindy) was great.
Will definitely bookmark this site for next purchase.

An item I ordered was unfortunately out of stock. Nonetheless, customer service was great, Sindy was quick to respond to my queries and was a pleasure to deal with. Refund was issued swiftly and I was offered a small discount for future purchases.
All in all, although the purchase didn't go through, due to an error in stock representation, Music store Korn operated with true professionalism, which makes me inclined to come back for future purchases.
