A great store among the other 3 big German gear sellers. Maybe less known to some of you musicians and DJ’s outside the country. My last order was years ago, at their DJ subsite. I was already familiar and happy back then. After my recent purchase of a Fender Bass I’m satisfied once more. Still great service, still low prices and fast shipping. Friendly direct communication with quickly responding employees.

I ordered a Ukulele form Music store Korn a week ago. It is delivered in excellent conditions to Hungary, today. Since the first day of order placement I have been contacted by the local team, they were very helpful and informative. I am lucky to experience an exceptionally good service level.

Being a foreign customer, I was at first reluctant to buy because I would have to transfer the payment via my bank before shipment, not simply paying by credit card. Only few hours passed, however, before I was contacted personally by an employee who made sure everything was as expected and updated me continuously - until shortly after the payment was received and the parcel shipped. Less than three days after placing the order the parcel arrived in Denmark. Do not hesitate for a second to buy from them.
