Really nice service, fast response and professional staff.

It did not start well: I bought a guitar online from the shop and DHL lost it in the delivery. Furious and unable to get any update or answers from DHL - nor could the store - I suggested we give up on that one and start again: I bought another guitar and it was delivered within 3 days. None of it would have happened without the helpful, gracious and efficient help of Sindy Hahnel, the store's wonderful export/international sales rep. I will be buying all my music supplies from this store in future.

I got quick e-shop response.
Within next working day I received personal confirmation with instructions. Communication was very friendly, quick and usefull.

I just received my Fantom 7 yesterday, and I am exploring it right now. A great machine. Musikhaus Korn gave me a great deal, looking at the availability of the instrument; thank you for that (Sindy). You treated me very friendly and flexible. Just one small note: the Fantom was shipped in the Roland box: it came in with quite some damage on the shock absorbers in the box, so double boxing would prevent damage. I was lucky the Fantom was not damaged, but it could have happened (i have pictures). One more time, thank you!
