i am glad that i have been able to get my views heard
I have found my experience with this company shoddy and not very helpful, lack of oversight and poor communication, not returning my calls sending incorrect information even when I have sent emails to correct information it still comes back with errors. Missing my approved documents and having to find them manually leading to delay in getting probate sent to courts and me incurring costs. They don’t respond or apologise for errors they don’t call to see how things are or if they can help. I have had to find things out for myself along the way and query issues that they could easily have prompted me for or advised accordingly. I would not recommend this company
Since i posted this review I am glad that someone from management has now reached out to me and that i was helped and listen to by Alex who took the time to listen to my complaints and feedback. I am now able to say that hopefully the matters i raised have now on the way to being resolved and that i can now feel a bit more reassured

We completed two separate matters on your behalf — the Court of Protection process, which was finalised in November 2024, and the probate application, which has also now been produced for your signature. We're pleased both have reached resolution, though we fully understand that the journey to get there felt frustrating for you.
Regarding the probate process, we can see there was a point during the drafting stage where progress stalled on our end, as we weren't aware that you had finished reviewing your documents within the portal. We recognise that navigating a new system while managing such significant personal matters is not easy, and we're sorry if the guidance available — including our portal walkthrough videos — didn't make that step as clear as it should have been.
We do want to reassure you that our team's intent throughout has been to support you as efficiently as possible, and we regret that this wasn't always how it felt in practice.

Deputyship - go online not through this company
I went through this company to apply for Deputyship earlier this year, see previous review. I ended up doing it myself online, sending forms back and forth by post was ridiculous. Unfortunately I did this after paying for a service which was long winded, inefficient and unnecessary. I have now been given Deputyship. If you can do it yourself online, this company was a waste of time.

Excellent price. We had a POA done for my mum and my husband and I got one done at around the same time with a special offer. So much cheaper than the other quotes we had. Done over the telephone which was really convenient and easy. Very pleased. Jeff was our consultant and was very helpful. Good customer service easy to get hold of someone if you need to.
