Everything about my beautiful canvas was very easy from start to finish. It all went smoothly from ordering on website to it arrived at my door. Definitely will order more pieces of work to fill my house with the love of my family.

Both of the items I bought are absolutely amazing, I will recommend you to anyone.
FIRST CLASS

Their products are pretty good if overpriced but the last 2 orders have both gone missing because they use InPost and the customer service of both companies is absolutely pathetic. I suggest you pay with PayPal and open a dispute when things go wrong that's how I was able to get a refund quickly and easily when mypicture gave me the runaround.

Sadly I found that despite discounts being offered for first orders over £50 in reality this didn’t materialize and customer service unable to assist which resulted in not proceeding. Even fully registered still no success

I love my canvases from my picture, the price the quality the value for money the delivery. Everything from start to finish is so easy to order . You don’t wait long for the canvases to arrive either . My whole room is covered with canvases and they look absolutely amazing. I am so glad I found this place . I highly recommend this company to others .

Whilst the end product is OK, their delivery time guidelines are very optimistic, and their delivery tracking information is misleading and inaccurate. Which is a shame if you’ve ordered something as a birthday present.

I cannot recommend them if your requirement is time critical.

Really disappointed, after all these great reviews, that my personal experience has been rubbish.

Ordered 100 standard prints on 02/08/26. Strangely no email to acknowledge the order. Have to keep going on the website to check the order status. Apparently shipped on 04/08/26, but no email to say so.

Checked today and it's still stuck on waiting for shipment details. Got a weird text from UPS offering me to skip waiting at home for my parcel and drive 8 miles to pick it up myself - turns out it was from My-Photo, but nothing in the text suggested that. I haven't replied to that text, so I'm still expecting it to be delivered to my front door.

Spoke to customer service - got nowhere apart from "we will check with the shipping agent". I had no idea that pictures ordered from a .co.uk website would be processed in Germany and sent by UPS. I had no idea that over a week after ordering the photos they're still not with me and I don't know where they are!

I shall not be using My Pictures again.

Picture is beautiful.. Tho to be honest I was a bit disappointed as there is a 2 inch white band across the top and bottom which I didn't expect.

Very poor customer service bordering on being rude. Previously ordered some canvas prints which I was happy with not as good quality as canvas prints I had bought elsewhere but reasonable considering the price I paid. Decided to order some more canvas prints and a kitchen calendar. The canvas prints took just over a week to turn up but the calendar kept saying for over a week that it was out for delivery that day. Contacted customer service via email but just got a generic response. The calendar eventually turned up yesterday but with no hanging bar. My order confirmation showed a hanging bar which all normal calendars usually have. When I contacted customer services apparently it was my fault for not realising I needed to order a hanging bar which I didn’t realise at the time as I thought the calendar would come with one as standard!! After several back and forth emails with customer services with them basically saying it’s all my fault so tough I decided to throw it in the bin as it’s not fit for purpose. Will be buying from elsewhere in the future. Very poor customer service.
Update ; The response from them is contrived I sent them the information they requested and instead of getting an email shortly as per their reply I have not heard anything. Avoid this company shocking customer service and the merchandise does not even come from the UK hence the long delivery times, which are considerably longer than they advertise. Don’t waste your time and money.

The picture quality is amazing and so is the canvas quality. I had one of my wedding photos added to a large canvas and it’s beautiful!

once i had worked my way around the software & got sizing right, all great. that are all beautiful colours of my art work.

Terrible customer service. So disappointed as I ordered canvas pictures for a funeral, according to their website delivery times, well in advance. Trying to find out when these items might be delivered, as well overdue now, and have tried their customer service bot six times, waited for over half an hour most of those times and just a recurring, transferring to a human contact!!! Never did get transferred. Utter waste of time and money. Deeply upset they messed up such an important order, and can’t I get hold of anybody that wants to take responsibility for the delay. Avoid!!!

Kept me informed of the progress of my order and was delivered in the two hour slot I was informed of . The products I ordered came well packaged and I was delighted with them both . Very good quality. The only downside was they took longer then I expected. But it was not a major problem.
