A very easy process to upload my picture and create a memorable canvas print which is of a very high quality. The website is easy to navigate and the delivery process is swift and efficient. A very positive experience.

Hate to give this a 2, had it not been for their choice of courier and delays in finding out what has happened to a canvas bought for a relative due to the loss of her pet. It appears the courier thinks it’s acceptable to leave a parcel outside of a block of multiple occupancies rather than knock on the door.
Serious lack of understanding on the importance of said print.

Update, 19/8 after reviewing My Pictures response and promises of contact nothing has been made. Quick to defend themselves online but won’t deal with the customer who has been robbed. Even though they hold all the proof

Avoid Avoid Avoid. So where to begin… the website is easy to navigate and cheaper compared to others. That’s where the positives end. However customer experience is really poor. My print is over a week late with no acknowledgment or understand as to where it is! (it’s a birthday gift but unlikely to now arrive on time) They use an AI chat bot (who doesn’t these days) and it was of no use in my instance, I then resorted to their email and have had no response and tried to call and was on hold for over 30 mins only to be hung up on via an automated voice. So they have my money and I have no way of complaining further to either get my money back or the print that I am waiting on. So I would avoid avoid avoid.

Good quality product at a good price

I am still waiting for my 2 items, it's been 2 weeks, I so upset, told me be here so I could put them up on walls, for my grandkids bedroom, never order from these rubbish people. People ? if you can get one ,always a AI BOT who is not helpful at all .
I will tomorrow morning phone my bank and get a return on my money, as they have broken contract on delivery. Remember do not order from MYPICTURE EVER.

Lovely canvas Picture, but not wrapped correctly so white showing on front and picture showing on side the opposite side. Complained and told this is perfectly normal. This was an expensive purchase - they are not responding to my emails. Very disappointed

I had my professional wedding photos printed onto the tiles and they came back grainy and the colours were very off. I cant use them. Wouldn’t recommend.
