We do advise on our website that this particular bag is personalised using flock rather than embroidery, and we always recommend customers review the product description and personalisation method before placing an order to ensure it meets their expectations.
We can also see that you contacted our Customer Service team regarding your concerns. Although personalised items are normally non-returnable, we made an exception and offered to accept the bag back for a return as we understand you were unhappy with the item received. Unfortunately, this option was declined.

Absolutly fabulous service, shipped it out immediately. The courier lost my order but my first years customer sevice were 10/10 and got it sorted in minutes. The bag arrived beautifully in a nice bix. Beautiful present for my niece .

Amazing customer service!
I ordered a personalised rucksack and the Noah’s Ark boat which are both beautiful and amazing quality. I had a slight issue with my order where one of the items didn’t turn up. I left it a few days just to see but still nothing so I sent an email to explain. They got back to me very quickly and asked for photos of the parcel I received and order information. I sent everything over and they were very apologetic and sent a replacement. They also upgraded to express shipping and I received the item within 48 hours! Overall, I thought the customer service was fantastic and the gifts that I ordered are perfect for my little boy. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
