Be warned. They will take your money and cancel the flight. They have been canceling the 9.50 and 23.30 flights from Kuala Lumpur to London Heathrow for the last two weeks now!
They know they will do it but will only tell you last min.
They will waste your time and cost you more than booking with a real airline.
We are not the only ones affected, multiple planes and 100s of passengers.
Airline no langer exist?!
Two hours before departure, we were at the airport only to realize that our flight didn't exist. We searched in vain for information from the airline at Kuala Lumpur International Airport and later discovered that this airline ceased operations at the airport since the end of October. There was no notification about the flight being canceled. How could there be when the airline no longer exists there?
We had to book a new flight at our own expense, and needless to say, we were completely frustrated.

MYAirline - A Disastrous Experience
I recently had the misfortune of booking a flight with MYAirline, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I want to share my story to caution others about what you might encounter with this airline.
1. Last-Minute Cancellation: Less than six hours before my supposed flight, MYAirline decided to suspend its operations. This left me in a difficult situation as I had an urgent matter to attend to and lost a significant opportunity.
2. Opportunistic Behavior: What's infuriating is that MYAirline continued to accept bookings even when they must have known about their impending issues. It feels like they were trying to milk as much money from passengers as possible before pulling the plug.
3. Lack of Prior Notice: The lack of any prior notice is inexcusable. I believe they should have informed their loyal customers days or weeks in advance if they were genuinely experiencing financial problems.
4. Financial Loss: I had to use my last resources to buy that ticket, and now I'm left in financial distress. MYAirline should take responsibility for the impact their actions have had on passengers.
5. Refund Demand: I've requested a full refund within a week, and I won't accept them benefiting from my money by earning interest while I suffer the consequences of their decision.
In short, my experience with MYAirline has been nothing short of a disaster. I strongly advise against booking with them, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others. This airline's actions are unacceptable, and I deserve better, as do all passengers.

I had very good experience. The plane is good comfy and the crew is nice good sense of humor. First i was shocked to read the review here. But then i checked the youtube review using Malay language the customer feel satistifed. then i try MY Airline 2 times for real i had good experience .the flight always full of customers. Every customer got gift alot too. Then i realize the reviewers for this post mostly review rate low score for other servise providers too 😂😂.

So bad, delaying for 1.5 hours is something normal with them easily can tell you it's delayed for 1 and half hour without any apologies or something in return as a meal or anything...

The worst airline ever in the history. I am using MyAirlines for the first time and the experience was so freaking bad. Not be able to download the e boarding pass after app checkin, even the email sending the check in confirmation did not attached the boarding pass. The worst after that, delayed almost more than 1 hour.
I will not repeat again.
Terrible first experience, not recommended
Terrible first time experience, was looking ward to it but disappointed. Booked a return trip, both ways my flight was re-timed and it affected my travel. For the first trip, I didn't even receive any email informing my flight was re-timed. Don't think I'll repeat because from the review it seems they have been doing this constantly and not improving their schedules.
What's more disappointing, I paid extra RM100 to re-time flight and they just re-time my flight again just like that without any compensation. What a joke.

I have purchased a ticket. Later I have problem trying to pay for a seat by internet banking since yesterday 31/8. It went into an endless loop and no seat purchased. Today I managed to secure a seat but the system responded with "you payment in process..please try again later" I have been trying the whole day but no avail. I filled and submitted the online support form twice but no response at all from Myairline. I doubt if there is anyone manning the support or they just dont care. Ticket reference TBDJ3K

Today my first time fly with MyAirline and it was so cool..!! i love it..!! the chair space are so comfortable, the cabin crew so friendly, and the plane also very nice and clean..! 😍 Can't wait for the new myairline Sandakan terminal opening soon 🥰

Whatever we used as long we are paying for the cost not for trash words like him.
Again this is Last service using MYAIRLINE and you should training them to be good worker.
However. AIR ASIA service and their crew more politely and professional attitude.

I like to make a formal complaint
I like to make a formal complaint. My flight is from KLIA2 to KKIA, at 3.25pm 14.8.2023. My 21 kg samsonite brand new bag was listed FRAGILE. It has a nice fragile sticker. When I collected the bag, the lock was damaged, scratches all over, and someone tried to poke the zipper area.
Besides, the flight was late 35 minutes, I was told this is common with MyAirline.
So I don't recommend anyone taking Myairline unless you have old luggage to check in, or willing to be late for appointment.

The worst flight experience for online checkin!! Force to pay for normal seats.
First time with them return from KK to KL. We are checkin online for return and realized all seats are charge from Rm12 to Rm22 even normal seats, we are unable to skip without selecting seats. We log out n decided to clarify at counter. When we reached counter checkin, the staff informed that our seats are pending payments and unable to make changes until their IT staff to verified the system and we managed to get normal seats without chargeable after waited 30 mins. Further more, flight delay without notification.
Delay
First flight with them to tawau and already a delay. Apparently changing their tyres right before a flight.
Very bad experienced
I dont know, flight delayad near to 4 hours, the customer service said “no complimentary or anything to the customer because it is less than 4 hours”…. Helloooooo… because of the late noticed, I stayed at the airport for three hours plus.. so bored, dont u know that???
