Purchased 2 Fandango armchairs, date of delivery moved a few times. When eventually they did arrive, one in particular was in extremely poor condition, the other better but not great. Both returned with courier. Reluctant now to purchase again from this company.

To be fair they did refund my money immediately but it still made for a disappointing experience.

This is the second time that I have purchased some furniture from Myakka and the experience has enhanced even further my trust in the quality of their products as much as the attention to the customer. The furniture that we bought it is not only beautiful but it has that handmade quality and attention to the detail that you don't get in mass produced items. The delivery company employed by Myakka to deliver the furniture were also excellent bringing the heavy pieces of furniture up to our third floor flat despite the narrow stairs, showing a high degree of patience and professionally.

When the Ceramic lamp shades arrived we were more impressed than we thought. They are perfect & will look stunning when they are up for their intended use. We are certainly delighted to have found Myakka every type of product they have in their brochure looks exceptional Quality. We would not hesitate to make further purchases.

This is my 6 th purchase of furniture from Myaaka . Every time the service is excellent . The products are of a very high quality . The delivery is excellent witg the driver always calling to let you know when they will arrive and they take the product to the room you ask and unpack and check it the remove all packaging . Rattan Anemone Table Lamp - The lamp arrived 1 day ahead of scheduled delivery date. It looks stunning, both when lit and unlit. Quality seems excellent and we can find no fault with it. Well done.

Excellent service throughout my purchase of this chest. Easy online purchasing with clear, helpful online emails and telephone calls to confirm delivery date and confirmation on the delivery day. The chest was delivered by two very polite, efficient and friendly delivery men, who removed and took away all the packaging and quickly installed the chest upstairs. The fair trade delivery policy is a great idea too.
The chest is a high quality handmade piece of furniture with a striking deep colour showing the wood grain. The chest drawers are deep and offer a variety of storage options. The bottom drawer has room for duvets and some other linen. There is a safety catch at the back of each drawer to prevent them from being pulled out It is perfect for storage in a hall, landing , dining room or living room. Well done Myakka and the craft people who produced this item.

I bought two Surin carved coffee tables. The quality is excellent and they are really lovely items of furniture. The customer service from Myakka was first class as well - delivered when they said and arrived safely by courier at a reasonable cost. I can thoroughly recommend the company and the products.

Excellent quality furniture and service. Bought the Mallani dressing table to use as a compact desk. The table is solid and sturdy and so far seems worth the investment over flat-pack options we looked at. I only wish we'd found Myakka sooner! Definitely plan to return for future furniture purchases. Delivery was on time and couriers were pleasant and helpful.

Everything i have bought from Myakka has been gorgeous, from coffee table and cupboards to glass top boxes (I bought two, as my daughter fell in love with my one), buddhas and elephant leaf ornament. The one time there was a small problem it was put right immediately with no fuss or bother and with politeness and friendliness. It's also good to know that everything is done fairly and from sustainable sources.
