Ordered a number of products back in January and was a fairly hefty order. When they did FINALLY arrive after a 5 week wait, the parcel was terribly packaged and 2 items were missing. I know this happens and tend to be relaxed when something goes wrong, so I gave them a call. I work away a lot and hadn't known when the parcel would turn up after that length of wait so I hadn't managed to check the parcel until 5 days after delivery. When I did get through to customer service they wanted the invoice, which I didn't have to hand (it being 180 miles away at this point) and told me I should have checked the parcel in 48 hours. I'd have loved to, but without my super psychic powers I didn't know I'd a) be working away the 5 weeks ago when I placed the order, b) that I'd need the invoice having had an issue with it given I'd already emailed customer services and they'd given me an initial call back (you don't have this on your systems? it's 2017). I am now waiting for my 2 missing items and have to rearrange some one else to be in as I am away... no apologies for the inconvenience. Particularly loved the part where they told me what I need to do next time... errr.. not a problem- I won't be purchasing from you again!

I looked at their on-line site for a throw. Found the perfect match for the room I wish to use it in. The stock is interesting and unusual and all the better for that, as it is distinctive. Added to that, the products are sourced with attention to the working conditions of the people who make them. Delivery was fast and efficient. Unlike some internet purchases, the colour and design looked exactly as it did in the picture on the screen. Reasonable prices too. I will certainly be back!

Lovely set of tables which were very well packaged, and despatched quickly. It was my first order and was very impressed with the service I received from Myakka. I would certainly use them again.

This is the third time we have bought from Myakka and as before the product is well made and exactly as expected.. The customer service throughout and delivery is superb.

I ordered a small rug from Myakka as it was the only rug I could find with a Southwestern design. The rug came very quickly and was very well packaged. The quality is excellent and the colours are very vibrant. I would definitely use the company again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I purchased the "Noodle" dog recently. This product was exactly as shown and arrived in sensible packaging (no excess) and in the time slot I was given. The dog itself was well made and I have absolutely no reason to fault it nor the excellent customer service.

I purchased a dark Surin twist table in the sale & I am absolutely delighted with the quality and craftsmanship of this unique piece of furniture which is very heavy and looks superb in my living room. The cost and speed of delivery were also very good-I would recommend Myakka without hesitation

We purchased a Contemporary Nest of Tables from Myakka. They arrived very quickly after placing the order and the packaging they arrived in was exceptional. No chance of any damage occurring in transit. The tables themselves are beautifully made and finished. We are extremely pleased with our purchase. Would highly recommend Myakka.

Myakka retails much beautiful, ethically and fairly traded furniture and accessories for the home; the timber for the furniture comes from renewable resources, which is so important, and the employment derived from producing must be a great benefit to the communities involved. Their customer service is excellent and from ordering to delivery one is kept informed of progress.

Really delighted with the bedside tables - so incredibly well packaged and a beautiful product with interesting individual wood markings which make them even more special, The proportions are excellent and the lower shelf fits magazines as well as books. The drawer is neat and holds all the bits and bobs you want to keep at hand. Very well made, and a joy to have. A really lovely addition to our home.

I ordered the two Soapstone Elephants and was delighted with my purchase. I love elephants anyway, they are such highly intelligent animals. The price was very reasonable I thought and delivery was prompt and the pair look so good and interesting on my little bookcase. They are very special, and the two smaller ones inside them are an added bonus!

Have just received my first order from Myakka and have been really pleased with the prompt delivery, quality of products and the updates on status/progress of order. I ordered the tray tables which have the most beautifully finished lift off wooden trays. They are lovely to look at, practical and very sturdy. I also purchased the star lantern which looks amazing hanging in my window recess with the light shining in from behind. The star is a good size and prettily coloured and would also make a lovely Christmas present. Would definitely order from Myakka again and would recommend to family and friends.

So pleased with our Siam wood lamp - it goes perfectly with the Myakka natural shell lamp we ordered earlier in the year. Sturdy base, beautiful wood design and good quality shade, neutral colours just like its photograph.
As for Donna, one of Myakka's customer services representatives, she pulled out all the stops to get us exactly what we wanted with this product, including climbing over boxes, running back and forth to the warehouse and cancelling and rebooking our order, without any fuss and loads of goodwill. She is an absolute credit to the company and also her mum and dad for making such a lovely person ! Thank you again Donna !!!!
