Hi, we had a very complicated situation where we need a cell phone booster system at an overseas location. MyAmplifiers was extremely helpful in determining the system we needed and providing very competitive costs for the items. Additionally, they followed up with us on a number of times when we ran into some issues on getting the system on order. Overall, very pleased with the support that MyAmplifiers provided.

Very happy with the results with this amplifyer. I was sceptical about purchasing this but have no concerns as now have decent coverage for both mobile & internet in area that supposedly has no network coverage according to Orange. As Orange said there was no 3/4G coverage, they will not even sell you a package (even though I had a single bar on the phone) but SFR would sell me a 4G package. Now have 4-5 bars on my iphone! Alice was really helpful with Catherine promptly sorting out the import duty that I received in France.

I bought a 300 GDW LCD device, installed it and am happy with the device.
Solve the problem with poor signal reception for the handset. Delivery was on time. The staff is very kind, Alice helped me a lot.

My first install of LCD-1200. Had to verify the settings. Support were straight on it. Sent me a very compressive email with testing and full explanations. Very impressed, fast reply, it's what you need when onsite and need to get the job finished.

Never had such a good service. Whether email, chat on the website, or telephone. Never had to wait and always clear and fast answers.
This started when searching a solution for my cellular signal in France. Nobody could solve the problem and then I found the website. I could chat interactively right away and then had a call for more checking and details as I was dubious because other stores had told me it could not be done. Was advised the best for me (not the most expensive as salesperson asked if I really needed digital too and not only voice). Then wanted to check when installing and send a chat and was provided email answer right away by Marina... in French. So perfect... if all services could be the same in France!!!

Just to let you know how pleased we are with the amplifier. We live in a Cornish valley , and for 35 years we have been unable to send or receive phone calls or texts. Occasionally we could lean out of a window and receive a text, if we were lucky. This is becoming increasingly important now that organizations send access codes via text. We now get full bars when close to the amplifier. Many thanks for an excellent product.

As I was uncertain whether my newly-installed unit was working probably, I emailed MyAmplifiers to help me with a few gaps in my knowledge. I found Marina extremely knowledgeable, helpful and polite. My issue (which turned out to be a non-issue) was promptly solved. Top marks.

Works perfectly. We live in a thick walled stone farmhouse with poor reception generally and the device has transformed our mobile reception.
Great customer service too when my adaptor failed a new one was sent promptly.

I was not able to takl in the ground floor of my house (where my office is also located).
Ever since I installed the amplifier, which what quite easy to do, I have perfect reception. A real life-saver.

Customer support and help in general very prompt and useful.
I´ll probably get on for my other house as well :)

I have the Nikrans LCD-300GD. Fitting and setting up was easy due to excellent and detailed installation guide. From a very limited 1 bar on my phone, I now have 4 bars in most places and 3 bars at the extremities of the house. In my case, the system works well with the outside antenna in the roof space and therefore no need to erect it outside on the roof. I recommend this equipment.

We could Not make a cell phone call or get on the internet from our house in Mastatal Costa Rica. Thanks 🙏 for the amplifier product has been a game changer for us.
We are now able to make cell phone calls and video chat along with surfing internet.
Exactly what we needed for our business.
We have put the antenna on a pole 200’ from our house to capture the signal. Very Happy 😃

My company (GAPLR, Engenharia, Lda.) bought an item (2G GSM Mobile Phone Signal Repeater Nikrans LCD-130) on this website and we had some issues regarding the invoice and some costums clearance taxes. Not only did Catherine and her team helped us solve this problem, but also did the amazing thing of refund us more than half of the unexpected costums clearance taxes. We are gratefull for the fastness and seriousness Mrs. Catherine handled our issues.

Delighted with my 4G box. What a game changer for me in rural France. I can now work online! Marina was super helpful too.

I have installed the LCD-300GD system for close to a year without any issues until just prior to Christmas where my system stopped working. After contacting Marina Laurence on the customer service email I received an immediate response, after a couple of emails confirming the model of the device and fault description Marina arranged for a replacement device to be shipped to me and this duly arrived between Christmas and New Year and I am back up and running. Thank you
