LCD-300GD

I recently completed construction of my upcountry home where the cellphone network in the area is very poor. On seeking a solution for this online, I came across myamplifiers.com and went ahead and ordered their LCD-300GD booster. Delivery took 10 days due to COVID-19 which all things considered, was very good. The product has been transformational and after one week of usage I am delighted with its performance.

Ordered on Monday and was del on the following Monday had it up and running perfectly within an hour of recieving 10 out of 10

Great product

Costumer service was very helpful. I got LCD-500 GD and stright away i got 4G signal where before i barley had any signal in the house. Highly recomend for someone who lives in rural area.

Good solution to having no reception inside

I got the Nikrans LCD-300 - 1, NS-LSP - 1. It came in a timely manner, and where I had zero reception inside my house previously , there is now 3 or 4 bars inside in my kitchen and living area which is fine.
Also very straightforward to set up, no special knowledge required.

I have given this company 3 stars at…

I have given this company 3 stars at the moment and it could go either way dependent on how they deal with this situation.
The mobile signal on my yacht is very poor and inconsistent 0 to 3 bars, whilst in my home marina in Indonesia.
I purchased a Nikrans NS Smart-Boats unit based on the fact i was told it would boost signals from up to 40kms away.
'Nikrans NS-Smart-Boats. It is a 5-band booster, that amplifies 5 frequencies used to transmit calls and data by all the operators all over the world. So you will be always online.'
So i thought this should do the trick.
it was not cheap and i paid over €800.
i discussed before purchase how the units should be installed. the 'outside antenna' was mounted atop the 28m mast. the 'indoor' antenna mounted at the nav desk close to the bottom of the mast. because of the distance i was supplied low resistance coax.
I installed according to the discussion and limited instruction available online.
It switched on OK and the various LEDs lit and the display is on permanently although rather disconcertingly always shows in 'sleep' mode.
No improvement to the signal was noticed, still exactly as before 0 to 3 bars fluctuating.
I was told i should move the indoor antenna at least 10m away from the mast, not easy on a 17m yacht.
Marina arranged to supplied additional cable promptly with spare connectors so as to enable the cable to be more easily routed through tight ducting etc. the 'indoor antenna was duly mounted about 10.5m perpendicular to the mast as instructed. Everything still the same no apparent improvement in signal. I have now sent videos, as requested of the screen via wetransfer which expired before downloaded so about to send again.
The amp unit seems well built as does the equipment generally. However Marina states the 'sleep' mode is inactive and doesnt mean its in sleep mode???
Its now getting so hot its too hot to touch and one of the LEDs has turned red. I decided to switch off .
Alex has emailed to say he will work with me to ensure the units works. We will see... to be continued...

Cracking product, and service!

I live in a new property so the mobile signal was non existent inside due to the foil insulation in the walls. With the booster, I now have full signal in the house so dont have to worry about missed or dropped calls. The delivery took a while due to covid impact, which I can totally appreciate. Excellent customer service with regular contact prior to my purchase and during the wait for delivery. Cant fault the service or product at all. Even boosts signal providers on networks that it isn't covered by it. I put the main receiver in my loft, so was an easy install too! Happy days.

I bought a booster as we live in Zambia…

I bought a booster as we live in Zambia and the signal is poor/non existent. When the booster arrived it was simple to set up and operate. It worked well. I have given the low rating as the quality was poor and the booster stopped working within 2 months of purchase. The order number was 921521201

1. Situation. We live in a bungalow in the lower part of a fairly steep valley.
Indoors we could sometimes get a one bar 3G signal somewhere.
Two bars was usually available about 50m away in the greenhouse,
or on the gable end of the roof, accessible from the garage flat roof.
No 4G or 5G signal anywhere.
2. Had a very helpful ‘chat’ with Alex on 24th Jan 2020 who recommended
a Nikrans LCD300 
This is compatible with O2, our provider.
3. The instructions for installing were simple and easily understandable.
4. We now always have at least a three bar signal everywhere.
5. We have been using this reliable system since early Feb 2020.
In the ‘lockdown situation’ this has been a real boon,
especially for my wife who does quite a lot of texting.

Works just fine

From 0 bars to 3 and 4G, I would say it works just fine. Easy to install, no issues with the device, everyone at work is happy now.
Had an issue with DHL delivery (my fault, I had put in the wrong post code), but MyAmplifiers customer support was kind enough to help with that. Happy customer here.

AMAZING

if there is place for than more than 5 stars i will give it.
a great team and great people will give u a great result.
i live at the center of desert with zero signal calls and internet.
but with this booster : lcd-300 gdw, and the amazing assit from alex, Marina .. i really catch the full bar signal calling and the 4g+ internet .

My order was delayed...update

Money taken from my account on 5th feb - still no dispatch. Avoid.

Update: now have tracking number, but still coming from Hong Kong when I thought I was buying from uk. Hmm.
Customer service are quick to respond and amenable, also.

Further update: postage refunded, but had to pay dhl on delivery for tax not paid at source (which they have offered to pay for also), but hey, the goods arrived, I found the instructions on their website and the unit works a treat and seems well made.

The company is a good company, I think. Well meaning. Thank you for your good customer service in the face of a few small problems.

Signal Booster

We bought a signal booster which we waited 2 months for. The unit is very cheap china made, no instructions provided and it arrived with a Euro plug instead of a UK plug. A separate invoice was received from DHL for importation which we had not been advised of. Overall the customer service and the product are quite poor. There are better suppliers out there. I would never use again, nor would I recommend this company.

During 3 years I had a problems with 3G signal in my apartment. I wasn't sure would a booster solve my problems or not. But it did!! Now a 3G coonection is totally stable.

deceiving sales persons

Upon placing a pre-sales question, the Head of Sales "Inessa" contacted me weeks later and asked me whether I'd like to buy this product at a discounted price. She stated that she managed to get me a 7% discount and hence a special price of €130 euro + €37 euro for DHL shipping. Not only the regular price is €130 and normal shipping €25, but when questioned regarding these oddities, Inessa stated that they charge more for the shipping because my country is not an EU country (we've been a member since 2004) and did'nt reply regarding the discount.
