Very recently I ordered a metal framed bed which arrived damaged. Contacted the firm and was dealt with by Nadia who sorted the problem out very very efficiently. I can easily say the customer service offered by Nadia was absolutely excellent!

Easy ordering and didn’t have to wait too long for delivery

I was looking for 2 single bed bases for our guest bedroom. I didn't want to spend a lot of money bu t needed them to look attractive. I found the perfect fit with the divan bed base with wooden legs. For the price they are good quality and well made. A bonus was that they were delivered quickly rather than the usual 6 wk etc waiting time.
Delivery was quick and easy and the delivery man was very polite, helpful and friendly. Overall a good experience.

The door came apart a couple of times after assembling but otherwise solid. A well designed cupboard. Looks great and we’re happy with it. Delivery guys were very helpful and polite. The order arrived promptly.

The website was really easy to order from. The bed arrived the day after I ordered it. The lovely delivery driver helped my son with the packages as I was at work. Fantastic beds at really reasonable prices. We had a problem with our bed (it was damaged during delivery) but Mybedframes sorted this our straight away. Would definitely recommend.

The driver was excellent and very helpful.

Purchased the Loxley small double bed in green. Lovely colour, nice height headboard included too. Took less than an hour to assemble. The items arrive in 3 large separate parcels so a strong person or 2 required when accepting delivery

Excellent service from mybedframes, delivered promptly and in top condition.

Ordered on 21st October, delivered Friday the 22nd. A few of the holders for the slats were broken I emailed them later that day, they replied on Monday the 25th apologising and said they would post replacements out which were duly received the next day. A minor inconvenience was swiftly resolved by customer services. Bed is beautiful and price the lowest I could find, aftersales was brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend

We ordered the Kensington Fabric Ottoman from MyBedFrames after searching online for this model. We found it to be the cheapest compared to others. The service from start to finish was fantastic and couldn't fault anything.

Delivery was speedy and delivered to our bedroom of choice by two very attentive and polite delivery men, they even took off their shoes as to not muddy the carpet!

The assembly was relatively straight forward, just took quite a while as quite a few pieces to our bed. However, now built it is solid and we are very pleased.

The only slight negative is that the base of the ottoman is just a velcroed piece of fabric, it would have been nicer if this was something more solid. The only other point is that you are left to your own judgment as to where to place the feet, would have been easier if there were pre-drilled holes and/or something to indicate where these should go. However, these are minor grumbles and overall we are very pleased and would highly recommend MyBedFrames!
