Do not use if you have previous work…

Do not use if you have previous work from your child. When following the code from my child’s school I was taken to the order page only for last years design to be sent.

Badly designed website and an expensive rip off. Save your self the time and just donate to your school charities instead

Crazy Expensive

Ordering bcos under pressure... I mean, school tells child to draw something and that they can order stuff... then child wants the stuff... and don't have the heart to say - sorry mate, you spent all that time drawing at school but I'm not gonna waste my money...! So ordered the smallest fridge magnet which costs £2.99 and then have to pay £3.99 postage... mmm... someone's making a bit of a side profit there...!!!!!

Order Not Received

I wish I had read the reviews first! I ordered a cushion cover but apparently Royal Mail lost the parcel. I was offered a refund or I could order again. I asked them if they would still be using Royal Mail for the delivery (as I know there have been strikes) they informed me that they would try to bump the order up to dpd so I agreed to try again with another order. I then received a message to say that the order was with Royal Mail. When I looked up the reference number that I was given for the Royal Mail order, it stated that the order had been returned to sender. I have been trying to contact Mychildsart but I have had no response. Very poor service. I won’t be ordering again and as an Assistant Headteacher I will be encouraging other schools to steer clear in order to avoid very disappointed children.

Shocking service

Terrible service. First order arrived with nothing in it, still waiting for replacement order even though it will be entirely pointless by the time it arrives. CS team don’t even fast track replacement orders, been informed that there’s a 10 working day turnaround, even on something as simple as digitally printed cards which can be turned around in a couple of hours. This company is a con, screwing people over to make money and not even producing the goods.

My Child's Art don't see the issue with…

My Child's Art don't see the issue with Christmas Cards ordered on the 1st of December being delivered to the customer after it is possible to send them on in time for Christmas.

Blame Covid all you want, it doesn't write you appalling customer service emails for you; specifically those written by Stacey and Grace.

Again, refusing to cancel orders which had not yet been printed becauase they could not guarantee delivery. The 14 days is then revised to become 14 working days excluding postage time which they take no responsibility for.

If the order couldn't be fulfilled in time.I would have been happy with a refund. My Childs Art would rather take the money and run.

Awful

Awful. Placed two orders and neither arrived couldn't send any of my child's gorgeous Christmas cards to anyone.

Expensive and products aren't great quality. Delivery time quite long.

So our kids school used this service to offer us our childrens artwork this year. We logged in and found the artwork, and found the products to be pretty expensive (tea towel, mug and some christmas cards came to £32!!). Not only that, but there was zero communication between placing the order and the date it shipped - so I had no idea when to expect it. Several weeks later our order arrives. For the expensive prices, you would think perhaps the products would be a decent quality but they are not. The products are cheap - quality is not reflected in the cost. I am grateful to have my childs artwork on a tea towel but honestly... this is one of those situations where they have your kids artwork, they know many parents will want to buy it so they charge a ridiculous price. I work in marketing and just a word of advice... either offer better prices, or better quality for the prices you currently charge, a positive review is gold, a negative review clearly isn't... I know what I would rather.
