Five stars for John (not necessarily Clarion 🙄)
Reported a repair a month ago and had heard nothing back from Clarion. Vitual chatted with John this morning who was very helpful. Hopefully with his help I will hear back from the people responsible for fixing an ever growing hole under my patio 🤞🏼

Worst housing association I have ever dealt with thank god my property has now been taken over with a different landlord!!! 7 years I put up with this company anything I needed doing with my property I had to fight them with the mp to get the jobs done I had mice coming through holes in my walls in the kitchen for months apparently mice were my problem and I had to deal with it with traps etc I had to get my mp involved to get this sorted! we have had terrible anti social behaviour in our block of flats youths coming in vandalising the block setting fire to paper drug dealing and drug use all from people that don’t even live in the block what did clarion do NOTHING!! Even though kids live in the block and there life’s were being put in danger DISGRACE! My advice to anyone is to never accept a property with this cowboy company you will regret it they do nothing to help there tenants

the operator rebecca was absolutely superb in gettign my repair emergency sorted and proffesionally she was a great help as medically i need ot have a working shower and it had been two weeks broken with a further 2 weeks to wait she got it raised as an emergency and dealt with it totally proffesionally.
