Customer service attitude requires improvement
Rather than using Amazon I thought I would support a independent business. I placed my second order which I misunderstood was held up in London. The message I received from customer service was quite sarcastic, even if a customer is wrong, it's not what is said but how it is said and a friendly tone goes a long way.
They refused to cancel the order even though it's taking much longer than I thought. Sadly, I will not order from them again.

Thank you for your feedback, and although we emailed you at the time in regard to this review, we want to post a comment here in reply.
The order you reference was placed over Christmas 2020 and the business was closed until January. The opening times notice at the top of every page, and on the delivery page. Amazon can stay open where an independent small business takes some time off.
After Christmas the warehouse sent the order you placed over the Christmas/ New Year period. However, when you wrote to us to ask why the order had not been delivered the order was already with the delivery courier, and at that stage we could not cancel it because it was about to be delivered. We are sorry if our reply in early January seemed to not take your feelings into account. We wrote to you a few times around that time to improve the relationship.
The Reviews.io platform has all the other customer merchant and product reviews, and as a customer, you were invited to write a review there.
