Excellent service, showed up for survey and installation on time.
The garage door is superb along with the quality of work.

Great job and team from Myers - they worked really hard, and gave good service.

I used MyersGaragedoor recently to fix my garage door. The communication was very responsive and they managed to provide me with a fixed quote (compared to a few other providers to charge a ‘call-out’ fee).

On my first appointment, Antony can not come because another job was more complicated and caused delays. But Antony called in advance and helped me reschedule for the next day. The communication was timely. The next day Terry came on the time, he managed to fix my door within 40 mins. I am very happy with Myers. The communication was easy and the pricing was transparent. Strongly recommended.

Worthless service - came to look at the job, and said he would be back on Saturday morning. No show, and no contact. I called on Saturday afternoon, and his colleague said he would call him. No further contact.
Called Monday morning and Ian said he had a bad back, and couldn’t come. This was clearly untrue, as his colleague would have surely known on the Saturday, and on Monday Ian was obviously outdoors and in a work environment given the background noise on the telephone.
Another garage door company attended a couple of days later, took less than an hour to service the door - there was no “damage”.
I say again, a worthless service from Myers Garage Doors.

Customer service at this company is appauling, would not purchase from them again

I needed a replacement fob for my garage door opener. It was delivered quickly and worked perfectly. The only negative was the price; over £80 including delivery and VAT for something probably made in China for less than a fiver.
[Edit] I'm happy to clarify that Myers make very little profit, so someone further up the supply chain is greedy, not Myers.

website good - found what I needed and delivered quickly - what's not to like?

Myers were able to supply replacement t-springs to fit an obsolete 1994 Rollaflex roller shutter door. I saw these Cordula t-springs on their website. The design of the end of the strap which is screwed to the roller is slightly different to mine, so I emailed Myers to check they were compatible. I got a reply within 15 minutes confirming this. I received the springs two working days after ordering. They have now been installed and work perfectly.

Prompt service and great product range. Solved my problem immediately

Although my item was not in stock when ordered, I was told when it would be available and indeed it arrived ahead of the date. Good service.
