terrible quality

I think it’s incredibly misleading to represent as an Australian based business then have all the orders shipped out of china which take forever.
Also the quality of the printing is terrible. My socks have come and the pictures are pixilated and faces are warped. Entirely unimpressed.

Totally recommend getting gifts from them.

Ordered a Christmas present in December…

Ordered a Christmas present in December 2024. Researched the company said was Australian. I have wasted much time and communication giving this company the benefit of the doubt to no avail!! They have successfully taken my money and I have no product despite their constant reassurance that they will send it in 7 -14 days. Have waited 7 months before writing this review and I’m done. Don’t order from them!!

Great product, just deceiving on the discount.

We bought shirts and put a photo and the age of the person we were celebrating on it. The shirts turned out so much better than we ever expected. The photo is super clear and sizing is right. The shirts are thin, but I think that is what you get these days. The only draw back was that the promised discount at the start of the order could only be added to one size. Not the whole order. So that was deceiving as it was not disclosed clearly at all.

The WORST material quality.

The material of the tee is SO bad. Shiny and see through. Only giving 1 star because my babies cute face is on it. Terrible, terrible quality. The worst I’ve ever purchased. So disappointed.

Terrible quality, slow shipping.

I thought the company was based in Australia, however tracking came from China. It tooks weeks to ship, and missed the Christmas deadline. The socks didn't arrive till January. The material was terrible, the quality of the print was terrible and you could hardly make out the face on the socks. Waste of money, and will never order again.

Amazing turn around from order to delivery

WOW I am utterly amazed that this company went out of its way to produce and deliver my order in a super short period of time. What an incredible turn around. I honestly thought that they couldn't do it, but they did!! I am eternally grateful, super responsive service. Thank you!

SCAM!

Spent over $80 on product including "priority produce and shipping", reportedly sent on the 11th of December. The last shipping update was over a month ago saying it was in the Sydney depot. Not only did I not get it before Christmas (despite the 'guarantee'), but its obvious I won't be receiving this product at all after a month of no updates.
Customer service are plain unhelpful. I've asked for a refund since the start of January to no avail.
Obviously a SCAM. DO NOT buy.

Top dollar for no product.

Ordered on December 12, 2024 and paid $8.99 for priority producing and shipping.
Over a month later and I still have not received this product even after they said it was delivered. Nothing but emails back and forth with no resolution. Super disappointed, especially after having a previously good experience with this company. Will not be back.
