Love my aprons!
My order for 2 aprons with my own dog photo was executed with speed and efficiency. The process of applying the photo was user friendly and easy to do. I was initially concerned that the inclusion of my dog photo didn’t work because it wasn’t displayed on the confirmation order. I immediately contacted the chat option & I was assured that my photo would be on the finished product! It was! I was very happy with the end result and we LOVE the aprons. Arrived quickly, designs looked exactly as pictured, quality as expected for the price.

So disappointed. Paid for express delivery as it said it would arrive by Christmas, it’s now 31st December and still no delivery. Emailed company to complain and no one has gotten back to me. Will never use this company again.

Ordered Xmas shirts that were meant to arrive before Christmas (obviously) and they never came!!! Ordered on the 9th of December. I am truly disappointed as I’ve spent over 80$ on these, thinking this is coming from within Australia, instead it’s coming from China! I’m starting to believe this is a scam as they still haven’t arrived, what a joke! Please don’t waste your money!

Very disappointing. Researched this company for location purposes - shows they are in Chatswood NSW. Delivery ETA was 14 days. Ordered Xmas shirts for Xmas Day to wear. Just received the shirts today 28th December! Shirts are made in China not NSW and delivery is NOT 14 days. Won’t buy from them again.

Design is average. Fabric is cheap polyester and sizing is huge. Maybe I was expecting more for my $30.

Charged for postage and then another $39 express postage on top of that only for it to take way longer than their promised 3-5 days. Don’t bother paying extra for postage.

I ordered on 9.12 the item was $29 and shipping $39. On the 11.12 I asked why the item was delayed. I got a response on the 21.12 offering me a $3 refund and the item is delayed stating it will take up to another 15 business days as it did not meet the quality inspection.

I want a full refund.

Really disappointing service. Ordered 24 shirts, three times they sent us the wrong sizes (adults instead of kids). They wanted me to pay for the postage. They do not check orders before sending and the shirts were scrunched up in a box. Would not recommend!

Worst organisation ever, customer service is aplauling. I ordered something for Christmas as it stated guaranteed Christmas Delivery ! What a lie.... I placed my order on the 9th of December and they only started working on it on the 16th of December... They then stated that it can take up to 14 business days for production and delivery. They should of had a Christmas Guaranteed cut off time.

She was helpful and explained the process.
Disappointed that I can get the replacement by Xmas by Elise was still able to fix the problem an explain the processing time.

If I could give no stars I would! Absolutely do not waste your time and purchase from this company. Terrible customer service and still have the item that i ordered that is apparently “out of stock” on the website for other people to purchase. Unacceptable do not bother!

Received the two puzzles for my granddaughters for part of their Christmas gifts. Puzzles are good quality. Only thing I did was took a photo of the completed puzzle and printed it for the outside of the box, as the picture provided was poor quality.

First of all. NOT printed in Australia. They were so hard to deal with when trying to customise my shirt, hardly speak English. Shirt is horrible quality! I got an XL and it’s as big as a blanket…. Picture quality isn’t great! Horrible experience. Better off buying off Temu! Much better quality there.
When modifying shirt and you accept. They send you heaps of emails saying you never accepted and that they’ll suspend your order. Website hardly works.
