Best joke present

Fantastic product, great communication. I’m honestly still laughing. I got the custom oodie with a silly photo of my face for my sisters birthday and it’s bloody fantastic I’m so pleased :) she wears it every single night and said it’s so warm!!

Great Customer Experience

I had a situation with my order never being received by the recipient.
My daughter was disappointed because she sent it to her dad for Father’s Day and him not receiving it broker her heart.

Purchased a hawian shirt with my friend's face last year and it was a complete waste of time. Ordered size small and it was absolutely huge. I'm 13 stone and I could have fit 3 of me into it.

Quite happy for price

I was quite happy with my order of pj pants. The quality was reasonable for what I paid and is super cute. I ordered a couple of sizes larger than normal knowing it would likely run small. A bit deceptive in marketing as it is printed and shipped from China and takes double length of time in shipping but was able to track online and was ready for shipping within two days of ordering.

You may not get what you order

My first order the sales team were excellent. I was provided with draft samples to approve and I got what I ordered. I liked the service and products so much that I made a second order.
That was my mistake.
The sales team was poor, I was never provided with draft samples to approve and when I enquire when I would get the drafts to approve I was told the shirts were already made and shipped.
When I asked again for the drafts, they were provided, which is when I discovered that they only used part of the images I uploaded. These images were similar to my first order but this time they only used half the images.
I brought this to their attention only to be advised too bad the shirts aren't defective so if I want what I ordered I could pay a further fee to have them done correctly.
I will never use them again and warn others on any platform I can, that you don't always get what you order and they change their practices without telling you ( what occurs with one order doesn't harken with the next).

They’re OK

The socks came out fine, design wise. Definitely overpriced though considering the generic sizing and fabric quality is odd.
Also not shipped from Australia.

I would never use this company again!

I would never use this company again, purchased on 7th December from an "Australian" business it is now 23rd December and no sign of my items even though it was only meant to take 10 days to get here. Now it won't be here until the New Year. They say "shipped" but then it doesn't actually get logged in any shipment places for 3 days. This business is made on bad customer service, false advertising and claims. 100% would not recommend anyone. After requesting a full refund they just ignore my questions in the email and copy and paste the same generic response.

Do not buy from these ppl they are a scam they claim they are an Australian company but items shipped from china. 40.00 for express postage 3-5 days and then the item takes 3 weeks to get here.I paid extra to have VIP service so its here before Christmas and will be weeks late. Customer service absolutely shocking. extremely annoyed.

have purchased the boxer shorts each…

have purchased the boxer shorts each year for the last 3 years and they were great. This year I bought my daughter a silk nightie/robe. It is so bad. So short and nothing like the picture. It’s more like a top. It’s a faded colour and poor quality with threads hanging off and the worst part is the picture of her dog is totally the wrong colour. It was over $50! 🤦🏼‍♀️ The response I got was pretty much too bad. No apology or offer to rectify. Shocking customer service. They just keep sending a generic reply.
