Worst service ever

Worst service ever, i placed an order my friend the order was supposed to be deliver within 3 hours its already overdue by 2 hours the customer service lady dosnt even have delivery guy contact. Everytime i called her she said order will be delivered soon. Wasted my 3 hours and money. They dont even have any arrangement to refund money when you explain the issue to them. I would not recoomend anyone to order from this website.

Worst company for ordering flowers

Worst company for ordering flowers. I ordered carnations with highly beautiful packaging on the website, and then the guy delivers a bouquet of some other flowers which were not even fresh wrapped in a plastic sheet. The worst company to order anything. There customer service is so bad that they put the blame on you , or will say sorry for the experience and will hung up the call.
Never order anything from them so your special occasion remains special instead of making it a nightmare.

Fraud site

Fraud site - never order from here. Either it will be extremely late or they will never bring it to you. I am sad to have experienced this service. You dont want to experience that on your mom’s birthday where everyone is just waiting for the bloody cake to arrive from this fraudulent company and surprise, it never showed up. On top of it, hats off to their employees who do a great job at copy pasting false hopes and messages. Dishonest and tiring, took all my money. Their seo is great that made me click on it. Their service and company deserves to shut down.

My Flower Wpp Scam

No, I wouldn’t recommend this website at all. Its a scam. Its very late delivery, you wont get delivered what you pay for, they have really exquisite cakes for the show so they justify the high prices but what you get is a cheap ordinary cake, second they don’t deliver the add ons that paid for, just a cheap stupid cake and thats all, rather send your loved one a cheque instead of using this stupid website, they are scamming us by eating half your money

Cheating customers, No customer service

I ordered an expensive bouquet of roses in a vase for my daughter's 18th birthday but they delivered a simple bunch of flowers which do not match with product on display from any angle. When I explained the problem to them by calling their number 9871141000, the customer rep simply disconnected the phone. Thereafter they didn't pick the phone. Bogus site, which is out there to cheat remote customers. Don't go by all the fancy bouquets on their site. These are just images picked from other site. Myflowertree doesn't have the necessary set-up to deliver these. Not at all recommended.

worst experience ever seen. False Advertisement and Fake promise. Please don't prefer this fake company put yourself in trouble. Customer Assistants don't know how handle problem and customer. Worst experience, If wanna give a gift please try some other good companies.

This is a fraud site

This is a fraud site. Dont order from here. They collect money online and dont bother to deliver your order. I paid online for a get well soon cushion. When placing the order the expected date of delivery was shown as 3 days from .placing the order. After placing the order they moved the date of delivery further. Now the date has crossed. The customer service has no idea what's going on except to say sorry for inconvenience in a robotic manner. They just cheated me.

Horrible experience with MyFlowerTree

Don’t buy any product with this website very bad experience I ordered same day rakhi deliver but it’s comes to end of 2nd day my order still not delivered and they have very bad customer care phone process they didn’t pick up any call and even customer care executive haven’t professional they ignore your call very disappointed never recommend this site for anyone they stole money too many people.

They are fraud

They are fraud.
This is a just company operated by few individuals less than 10 may be. Who outsource work to nearby shops with the help of advance payment recieved from customers, which they forward to the shops. Thus, you will only get false promises without any follow-up from a nearby shop at a premium price for substandard product.

In my case, cake got delivered completely different from what they displayed on their website. I traced the shop, turned out it was just a local bakery 3kms away from my home using MFT packings.

In short, they are good with outsourcing and they don't make anything of their own.

Please do not order from this website. This was one of the most frustrating experience of my life. I live abroad and wanted to surprise my sister for her birthday. I already paid in full weeks before the day and everything. Finally on the day of my sister’s birthday. My mom and dad waited hours upon hour for the gifts to arrive ( 13 hour on that day to be exact) and then finally when it was 10:15 pm my mom received a phone saying that the driver was in some kind of an accident and the goods got damaged so they could only deliver the gifts the next day. It was very disappointing but we understood that unexpected situations happen. So they let my parents know that they will receive the gifts the next day around 10:00 am. The next day rolls around just for the wait to continue. Keep in mind my parents have been waiting an additional 10 hours. Whenever they called to know the where about of the driver they kept changing stories. In the end my parent got one of the most overpriced bad quality flowers and a deformed/horrible tasting cake. If you are looking for a place to waste your money and time I would suggest you go for it.

I would give zero stars

I would give zero stars. Please don't make the mistake of ordering with them. I placed an order of cake and flowers for my Mum to be delivered and they sent me an email asking me to contact them regarding an issue. There was no issue. Order was clear, address was clear, contact details clear. They don't have a working number. The delivery was to be between 08:00-12:00 and no signs of delivery even after 13:30. So, I send out a third email asking about the order and then I receive a notification that the order is delivered. I call my Mum and she said there was neither any delivery nor any phone call. So, guys if you want to have a happy birthday, please don't order from this website. If they will make a delivery sooner, it may be can change my mind. Let see!

Never Ever use this website for order…Worst service I ever seen my Life

Never Ever use this website for order the gift for your loved ones. They don't have any professional ethics for client satisfaction. I ordered a gift on 27/06/2022 and as mentioned there website it will take 2-3 working days. But once I called the customer care the guy(Worst employee) on 01/07/2022, he is saying that the gift will reach on 04/07/2022. So I ask him 'why the delay happened?' Suddenly he played a well game that.. voice is breaking can you hear me.. like .. then he cut the call.. Many time I tried to contact them.. But not answering..

Horrible Services ...ZERO Empathy for the customer ...Do not ever use them.. from The Flower Tree" ..Especially the Customer Care..I had ordered for a delivery (Gift ) at a particular time (I paid extra for the same ) slot..These guys coolly Change and Delay The timing by Two hours and do not Inform me ..I call them ..one CCE puts me.on hold acting as if she'd resolve the issue and then cuts my call..another one Says she cannot do anything about it and I should raise a complaint on the website.I just wonder why they were hired..to do what.. and how they were hired..Basically ..I feel the culture of this company is towards Money First and then the Customer..Not Vice Versa..Sad..

Totally Fraud Company

I ordered a cake from their website on 8th May 2022 , that is , on Mother's day. My order was delayed by more than 35 hours , and it was delivered on 9th May at 7:00 PM in the evening. They have a very poor customer care service. They have just one number on their website which they never pick. Also , their is no way one can register a complaint on their website. Also , they don't refund your money .It's a total fraud company. They just harass you mentally. Please don't waste your hard earned money by buying anything from their website. I had the worst experience of online shopping from their website. Will never buy anything from them ever again.

Fraud

I regret not reading the reviews before placing order. They Took my money, and didn't deliver on the given date and time inspite of the fact that I choose to pay extra for delivery on the exact time. Worse still, they never responded/refunded/or delivered in any case . That's cheating! Now I Have no product and my money too is gone.

They never bothered calling or responding after umpteen no. of complaints I placed. I also regret not ordering from FnP who are much more prompt and efficient ecommerce.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MYFLOWERTREE.
MOST inefficient, incompetent, unethical and unempathetic business.
Very Disappointed!

Order arrived late

I made a mistake by ordering. The order was meant to be delivered on Mothers day betwewn 10am to 11 am , (I paid extra for the time slot ) kept on chasing ..the customer service is so poor .They never got back to me
The order finally arrived at 6pm & the cake i ordered was also different !

Highly disappointed.

The Harrashment and the pain u have given me, was immense, non of the customer people has responded previous, one girl kreetika told, it wiil be delivered by time 3 pm, after 3 pm again I called, the other girl told, to wait an hr, delivei has started, again @ 4 I called, they asked me to wait, so finally it was 5.30 when the vendor called saying that he just revived the order from ur side and that they will take another 3 hrs to deliver, I call the customer care to cancel my order, 3 time I called to cancel my order and initiate my refund, also I have mailed about the same, . I had to place another cake , in such short notice, but thankfully it got delivered as they promised, not like you people, delivered a cakes which was cancelled, and that too @ 10 pm, after party was over.. Very nice I must say.. This is how u run your my flower tree, just take order and delivered whenever u guys want to, I want my refund back and that too in my original payment method, not in your wallet,, because I don't want to harrash myself from this experience again by making order from my flower tree, all thanks to you as u made this as my first and last order. If I don't get my refund, I will have to take legal action, against this, also just to make things more clear, I am lawer so stay away from the legal which I put on, simply refund my amount in my original sourse. Thanks!
