I just want to thank everyone here for their comments. I was about to hit the order button, then I though I've never heard of this operation, I'm going to just check to see if there are any reviews online. After reading all you comments I decided NOT to go ahead with my order.

Excellent at ripping you off ..Like hundreds of others, I order the Electric rivet gun attachment and only got $2 worth of rivets-I should have looked at the reviews- I'm and idiot. Don't waste you time with emails and phone calls, you will get no-ware

Total rip-off. My Rivet attachment didn't arrive and I did everything I could to resolve the problem with Mygeniusgifts. They are still bombarding YouTube with advertisements for the same product AND many more. I don't understand the ethics of YouTube still taking the money for advertising on their site. They would be fully aware of the scam. Very troubling!!!!!

Just like many others, received only rivets when ordering and paying for electric drill rivet adapter.
Their spokesperson Connie is just a total liar.
WARNING! Do not get sucked in by this company.

As with others, I ordered two Rivet Attachments for my electric drill and only two small bags of the tiniest rivets arrived. I got one answer to my complaint to them from a certain "Connie" saying that I had only ordered rivets!! Further repeated attempts to communicate went unanswered.
DO NOT HAVE DEALINGS WITH THESE THIEVING CON-ARTISTS.

How stupid am I, I never check the reviews before I purchased the rivet attachment for the drill and only received the 100 rivets worth 2 bucks just like the other reviews. There customer service system is ridiculous with connie wasting air as she breaths. I will be complaining to the ACCC and fair trading. Warning !! stay away from this company

Purchased a bottle of Rustout & it did not remove rust & appeared to be simply water in the bottle. Emailed them to return it & get a refund but they said due to Covid-19 they cannot accept the package & can only give me 20% of my refund back. Very unhappy!! Waste of $35

I order the electric river gun adapter and 1 received only rivers 2 Dolla worth

Would never again deal with these people. I ordered an electric rivet gun adapter to be used on a power drill. What arrived was a bag of 100 of the smallest rivets you can buy and no rivet gun adapter. They said they had costs and offered me a 50% refund. I complained and they then raised to offer to a 75% refund. I complained again and they raised the refund to 80% of the purchase price, but they wanted the bag of rivets returned. By then I just wanted to be done with them so I accepted the 80% refund and put the rivets in the mail “return to sender”. I hope they at least get charged for the return postage. Warning…Do NOT deal with mygeniusgift company. You will get ripped off.

Complete SCAM warning, ordered a Rivet gun which came with 100 rivets, they sent the rivets but no gun and then tried to tell me I only ordered the rivets not the gun. Why the hell would anyone order 100 small rivets online. Complete SCAMMERS. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE.

This is definitely a company that is taking people for a run as we also ordered the rivet gun adapter and only got a package of rivets and when emailed got told that we had to reorder item. We replied with a threat of taking it further if they didn’t fix it and we haven’t heard anything

I forgot to check the review I got screw I purchase electric rivet gun they send me Aluminum rivet M2.4. Big Mistake to order from them.

What I find surprising is that there are 3 good reviews. This company should be put out of business NOW, and its owners/officers jailed for fraud and theft.

I ordered a beard trimmer from them a month ago and I have not received it yet
Some how they sent a bogus tracking number to my local post office, but when I checked the post office they didn’t have it
So in summation, I’m out of $43
Can’t get a answer to where my merchandise is, so it’s safe to say that they are DAMN THIEVES!!!!
Lesson learned, so NEVER BUY from these CROOKS

Have been taken down twice by these deceptive crooks. eg I ordered the rivet adapter device for an electric drill - they sent me only the pop rivets - I paid US$22 for 120 pop rivets. Be very careful as the way they display the item you believe you add to the cart is very deceptive.

I bought a jar opener at the cost of $32. It's a piece of s*&@ that does nothing. A complete waste of money.

Their address is in Hong Kong their phone number is a 615 area number which i believe is Tennessee.
Parcel left China 28/10 but went north to Germany, then to Britain where it departed on Nov 14 and nothing.

No Human response on email or phone
