Everybody, you are not going to believe this one. This morning something told me to check up on my order that I made with my geniusgift.com on 22 October 20
I searched for the email from the company which looked authentic then checked my PayPal account to check the payment details. My mind told me to check reviews on my geniusgift and hold and behold, yes all I could see is negative 1 🌟 score in most
reviews. I continued to read all these negative reviews and failed to see one positive mention or review of this company.
Believe me on this, within an hour or so of reading reviews I noticed a small package in the kitchen beside the kitchen table. My wife was working from home and picked it up and placed it there. When I opened the the package, I could not believe it. There are the two items a Cordless Trimmer and a Micro roller System in front of me. I opened both both and they look exactly how I first saw them. Luck me. Truth be told, I was firmly keeping one eye on this company and would have complained to PayPal when the the time was right. Wow

Just about to make payment for what l thought was an amazing trimmer but decided to check the delivery time which l couldn't find so l decided to read reviews about the site and merchant only to bump into a barrage of appalling reviews about the site. Seemingly not a genuine site. My inquisition and curiosity paid off at least. Saved by the bell🔔 am having the last laugh 😂

Well thank you so much to all of you far exposing this company was just about to place an order, having been scammed by similar sites like this, my brain kicked into gear and I decided to check your reviews and there is not one positive word about this site. Thanks everyone of you once again. Karma will visit these wicked deceptive people of that I'm confident.

Never again I got this from watching something on YouTube and it popped up like a commercial for trimmer I never recieved it till this day scammers all the way !!!!

I have to give this company a one star, I would prefer to give it no stars. I ordered a musical instrument which, on reflection, was almost certainly not what it claimed to be. After a couple of weeks nothing had arrived. I emailed and was told the tracking number was correct. The tracking website said the number was unknown. I contacted them again a couple of weeks later and was then told the product was delayed at an airport. No further updates were provided. Still nothing arrived. I told them nothing had arrived. By this time I had checked for reviews of the company. I no longer believed the product had been sent. I doubted it even existed. I told them I wanted a refund. I was offered a new product. By then I no longer believed this company would deliver a product of any value, or any product. I rang my credit card company to say I wanted to report this as a fraud. They told me I had to fill in a form, which they sent me. They wanted me to continue to get a refund. I then warned the company I had spoken to my credit card company and was ready to fill in the form they had sent providing details of what I considered to be a fraud. I said I would inform the credit card company that the company was fraudulent and they should be report it to the local police force. I told them that if they thought I was going to forget about it because it wasn't a very large sum of money they should realise I would not be giving up. I was then told a refund would be provided. i stated it should be a full refund including any currency charges. A full refund was then provided about seven weeks after I made the order. Don't mess around. If you are having problems with this company demand a full refund and if need be go to your credit card company and report them.

had i known this was some rinky dink china company i wouldnt have ordered my shaver. no shipment an no money back..better not order anything from them

I just wanted to thank all of y'all for your reviews. They have been very helpful because I almost ordered a trimmer from these people.

I wasn't expecting much, which was fortunate as I just cracked up laughing at what arrived. These are even worse than 50p joke teeth you can pick up at any fancy dress store. At the end of the day - having read all their blurb and the cost of returning their naff product - it's easier to mark this one up to experience and be thankful for a £20 belly chuckle.

I don’t normally place reviews. However this product, the vortex rug, was so bad I needed to. Cheap cheap material but not at a cheap price. Absolute rubbish

I ordered a nail clipper. Never They sent it. Scam company. Refrain to order.

They have tracking number but it is NOT USPS and Not trackable hence it is a SCAM company

I bought the teeth covering whiteners as well, I received them, and I wasn't expecting much. Good thing really because they were total rubbish. They don't look anything like the ones in the advertisement on YouTube and if I was someone with two teeth like the woman in the advert, I certainly wouldn't end up having a full realistic looking smile like she did because they didn't fit properly. In addition to that, both rows looked the same. And now, every bloody video you watch on YouTube has these con-artists promoting their crap before you can even watch the clip you want to see! They ought to be taken off YouTube and other promotional sites completely, they are nothing short of a waste of time. If you're not expecting much, then you won't be disappointed, but otherwise, steer clear of this so-called company! Cheap and nasty!

Before ordering a nail clipper, I checked the reviews on mygeniusgift and stopped even thinking about ordering it after reading the really bad reviews.

I ordered a titanium needle roller on the 26/6/20 and fully paid for from my credit card. Despite of numerous enquires and reminders todate my order NOT received. All i received were autogenerated replies which are irrelevant to my enquiries. I believe this company is scamming peoples. I advise to stay away from this crooked company.

This was my first order with my genius gift and it is my last. I was very displeased with the customer service care. It didn't happen! I ordered the Smile teeth you fit over your teeth; order both top and bottom. I ordered in June, received them over a month later. First, I tried to contact them by phone since it says 24/7 to see what the issue was with the order. I called during regular business hours; No answer. Then I emailed, I did get a response. I finally received the order a week later. When I received the product I was not pleased with how they look and it appeared I had 2 of the same. I attempted to returnn the product following their 10 day returned policy guarantee to get my money back except for S/H charges. I returned the product in the same packaging. I only changed the shipping label to reflection myself as the sender; Sent it certified. About a week later I get the package back with a label saying return to sender, attempted - not known- unable to forward- return to sender. So did they move? I think not, it looks like scamming, fraud, fakers, whatever you want to call it. It's not right. They showed me customer CARELESS! GOT YOUR MONEY NOW! They took my money and didn't deliver any customer care. That is a BIGGY for me! Cameras and Video can do amazing things with pictures and live targets. Things are not always as they appear and I understand that, but if the customer is not satisfied with the product, the merchant is expected to honor their return policy and be there for the customer. BE WARE!

I wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered. This company are a rip off. I have not received my order after 2 months! Emails get blocked and cannot get through via phone. NEVER buy from them its a SCAM!!!
