Terrible Company, Expect To Be Scammed
If I could rate them at -5 stars I would. There is not a single human being you can talk to at that company if you have an issue. On top of that they think they’re clever for nickling and diming their customers for every tiny feature after you’ve already given them an absurd amount of money for what they’re offering. I’m still waiting for their AI chat bot to connect me to a person after it said it would. If I were holding my breath I’d be dead already. What do you expect from a scammy outfit headquartered in a foreign country I guess. I fully expect them to pay to have this comment hidden from search results.

Easy to use
Easy to use. The only issue is people need verify their information before they put it on a tree. It created a mess trying to straighten it out and get it correct. I do not add to my tree before I verify information.
