I think there should just close this…

I think there should just close this company, they don’t deliver there also lie that you are not home there don’t even check l don’t think they even come , l have tried working with them three times they returned my packages , the customer service is trash , l now choose to work with other delivery companies because Hermes is just bad very bad

Hermes managed to turn a simple Amazon…

Hermes managed to turn a simple Amazon order into a nightmare. The tracking showed my parcel in a completely different city (Zwenkau) even though my address is in Leipzig, and then they claimed it was “delivered” to a supposed neighbor with a name that doesn’t even exist at my address. In reality, I never received anything.

Because Hermes insists on marking the shipment as delivered, the seller and the pharmacy are now pressuring me to sign formal declarations and deal with paperwork just so they can try to claim compensation from Hermes. As a customer, I’m stuck in the middle of a dispute between Hermes and the sender over a package that was never properly delivered to me.

This is not how a professional delivery service should work. I’ve completely lost trust in Hermes Germany and will avoid any sellers that use them as a carrier in the future.

I ordered from iHerb

I ordered from iHerb. Parcel was not delivered to me, and courier put a reason "The recipient has refused to accept the parcel.". BUT I DID NOT! as a result, no refund from iHerb, because they count that reason as it was me. money lost!

Not that Hermes is bad

Not that Hermes is bad, but it's ridiculously funny. First you get an email saying "your package will arrive between 9-11am" and then "your package will arrive between 12-2pm" and then they move the time to the evening. Do you really think anyone has time to wait all day for a package to arrive? And then it's delivered to you by a driver who either has no idea what planet he's on or is so rude that you're speechless. I feel sick when I see that my package is being delivered via Hermes.

Discriminatory Conduct and Professional Failure

I am absolutely disappointed by the "service" I received from Hermes today. After two failed delivery attempts for my package (Tracking: H1025727096645801072), I called their support line to find a solution.

Instead of receiving help, I was met with mockery. Not only did the agent refuse to speak English, but when I stated that I live in Berlin, he and others in the background began laughing and mocking me. When I asked, "Is this how you treat your customers?" they simply laughed more and hung up on me.

This level of unprofessionalism and clear bias against non-German speakers is unacceptable in a global city like Berlin. Hermes is failing both in their delivery logistics and their basic human decency. If you cannot provide a secure delivery or professional customer support, you should not be in business. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Verbraucherzentrale (Consumer Rights Center).

Avoid this carrier if you expect to be treated with any level of respect.

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of accountability at Hermes. On two separate occasions, the delivery driver was aggressive and unprofessional. The first time, because I had canceled a delivery, he actually started recording me on his personal phone while at my doorstep. The second time, during a pickup, his behavior was hostile and deeply distracted/disturbed my family. I reported these incidents to the local Hermes management, but they have done absolutely nothing. This is a massive safety and privacy concern that remains unaddressed

Useless service

I sent a package from one city to another in germany, tracked, and hermes ofc has lost the package.
How is this even possible, not even 100km!!! i lost my money thanks to this useless service!!!

They changed my delivery adress and my packages never arrived

A terrible delivery service. They take orders from bigger companies (like FedEx) and in the process of adapting the delivery details (shipping number, etc) they cut the address and change the name of the recipient. My packages never arrived and now I will be receiving winter clothes in April. Really bad service with zero customer care.

Worst delivery service ever

This is the worst and most annoying delivery service ever, they just come up with useless excuses all the time about the address, either they say the address doesn’t exist or the receiver wasn’t at home. Worst of it all is that the tracking and the customer service are not efficient at all to give a reasonable update.

I am officially contesting the status…

I am officially contesting the status of this delivery. Hermes has demonstrated extreme unprofessionalism and contradictory reporting.
1. Proof of Address Accuracy: Hermes claims my address could not be found for a parcel (Feb 17, 11:20). On the exact same day, Hermes successfully delivered another Vinted parcel to my doorstep at the same address.
2. Broken Promises: A Hermes representative (Hamida S.) confirmed the address was 'corrected' and promised delivery within 2 days. It’s been 5 days for a parcel that should arrive in 2 days. This was not honored; the tracking now shows a month-long delay.
3. Service Discrepancy: I paid for home delivery. Hermes is using a false 'wrong address' claim to avoid the door-to-door service I paid for, while simultaneously proving they know where my door is by delivering my other parcel. I don’t recommend this Service besides all those mistakes their drivers most of the time can’t communicate nor in German nor English. Very bad service.

Hermes is the worst, genuinely the most awful experience I ever made, I paid so that they'd deliver it to my house, but they couldn't even do that, I had to drive the post office.

They dont know how to deliver package.

They dont know how to deliver package.
I’ve sent a package to a client in Germany. It took them a month to deliver it. But : they refused to deliver it. And sent it back to me. The package is intact. Address is clearly visible. Impossible to reach them (they dont know how to set up a proper website with visible useful informations display neither).

All of this : without any explaination.

Terrible service.

If you can avoid Hermes at any cost

Another terrible experience with Hermes delivery service. The delivery guy ringed demanding that i come and take my package in front of the building. I payed the delivery,I chose to be delivered to the door. Last time I didn't, so my Iphone got stolen,now I did but still they don't want to deliver. When I came down he became agresiv when I asked for what am I paying the delivery if not for packet to be delivered. He took my package in anger and marked it as not possible to deliver.
