Refuses to deliver your parcel because they damaged it

One star is generous.
Will say that your parcel was damaged in transit so they are deciding to withhold delivering it, but also won't return the order to the company. Which leaves you unable to get a refund or receive your order. Basically, they're all thieves. Use literally any other company.

The drivers didn t bother to get out of…

The drivers didn t bother to get out of the van to ring the bell i just got an email that i wasn t home while i watched the driver go away. Customer support is also bad with their chat bot i could not change to deliver to a packet shop the bot gave an error massage that it couldn't change the addres, than i got redirected to a real people and set the delivery addres got a confirmation email that in 1-3 days it will be there that was 10 days ago and counting i don't have the packet and tracking only says there was an address change. 0/5 if i could i do never use this company

Worst delivery service ever

1 star is too much!
Worst delivery service ever! No delivery made even though I was at home all the time for the complete week and the delivery person didn’t even ring the doorbell. Then they have the guts to return the package to sender and call me shamelessly to inform me about it. In between I called their customer service and they promised delivery after 3rd attempt too. No request for change of address accepted. This company should be shut down!

Bad customer service from the driver…

Bad customer service from the driver who driver to schnelsen hamburg. My package sometimes missing or he leave the package to someone i have to asked for my package whiles am in the house. Why should i asked my package from someone whiles am in the house. I asked him why he don't give me the package personally, he said he is not responsible to me . His work is the the building. I something miss packages from Hermes whiles am in the house but writing delivered on my app. The driver is rude and he need to be thought

Absolute mist

Absolute mist. It's the second or third time when my package is left at some random house in my street. Today they gave very confusing directions where to find my package so I will run around my street in the evening hoping to get my package. Whenever I have a choice, I will definitely NOT choose Hermes and I hope more and more people will do the same and that company has to close down. Really disrespectful.

Absolutely useless delivery service.
Hermes is by far the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Every single time a retailer uses Hermes, I already know the delivery will be a problem. Without fail, they mark parcels as “recipient not home” or “could not be contacted,” which is simply not true. I was at home all day and received no calls, no texts, no doorbell ring — nothing.
This is not a one-off mistake; it happens every time. It feels like drivers don’t even attempt delivery and just update the tracking with false information. The lack of professionalism and accountability is shocking. Customer service is completely unhelpful and does nothing to resolve the issue.
Hermes causes unnecessary stress, wasted time, and endless frustration. If a company actually wants customers to receive their parcels, they should avoid Hermes at all costs.

It is always a problem

It is always a problem. They do not manage to delivered one package without an issue. You can be at home and wait and they tell they did not find you. This time I choose to receive the package in a shop and they managed to go to the shop when it is closed for lunch. Worse service that o have ever experienced. If you want to receive your package on time or better if you ever want to receive your package never use hermes service. Unfortunately depending on where you buy you don't have the choice.

The driver came outside my house

The driver came outside my house. Never came out the van. And I was waiting for him to come out and to the door so I can open. Guess what. Nope. He drove off. A minute later I see “we didn’t find you” well guess what you idiot. I was waiting and you just wasn’t in the mood for delivering anything

Money down the drain

Seriously try to get your packages delivered by a different company.

Ordered a package of Vinted, expecting everything to go normally.
Found out there wasn’t a House number added to the adress. When the package had arrived, it wasn’t there (obviously I thought, due to the house address missing). I then went to my Hermes Package shop, that is near my house, but the package had not been delivered there either.
I then contacted Vinted & Hermes about this issue, and an investigation was started - searching for this missing package. This investigation would take a long time, and would result in Hermes telling Vinted Support, that I had received the package at a different day, which is a total lie. I never received it.
My money is now lost, and the investigation is over.
I feel like Hermes just lies, when someone goes wrong.
I had also contacted Hermes multiple times, asking about if the carrier would tell where they had delivered the package, but no answer.
This gives a slight picture of, how Hermes delivery service is to its customers, and what they do in critical situations.

If 0 stars was a choice, then they should have that already. Seriously try to get your packages delivered by a different company.

ABSOLUTE DISASTER

I can't understand how a company like this can still exist, despite absolutely horrific experience of tens of thousands customers.

I made an experiment - I was standing in front of my house in the time they were supposed to deliver my package.

NOBODY SHOWED UP, but I got a message that I wasn't at home.

They are just a total scam company, that should be dissolved by the court ASAP.

I am not even talking about non-existing customer support.

ABSOLUTE DISASTER.

The curier come to my address didn t leave my package and then put it on the site that my address can t be found. And because he did a mistake now i have to wait 1-2 days for delievering my address again. How is that my fault ??
