Found out about My Itchy Dog through a random internet search. My mini schnauzer was suffering terribly from a very itchy coat which drove her mad and made her very unsettled. We had changed her food which had helped a bit but I wanted to know more about what I could do to help her. We wanted to ensure she was totally wheat gluten free as we felt that this a definitely trigger for her itching. However, as we dog owners know, good quality treats are soooooooo expensive! Apparently not everywhere!
I was so impressed with the selection and prices offered by My Itchy Dog and the speed and efficiency of delivery has further ensured my future loyalty. I also purchased the My Itchy Dog shampoo & conditioner which has left schnauzy's coat beautifully soft & virtually itch free. So big thanks to My Itchy Dog. It is reassuring to buy from a company who obviously know and care so much about what they are doing, and who do it so well.
Ps since having such success with the My Itchy Dog shampoo I have purchased some My Itchy Kid shampoo, conditioner and cream for my son who suffers from very dry skin on his scalp, face and neck. Only used for a couple of days but so far ... Amazing!

I love the range & type of products on My Itchy Dog, healthy alternatives to products available in pet shops eg snacks, training treats & preventative treatments or remedies. I always check My Itchy Dog first when I need something for my dog & I've been pleased so far with all my purchases!

I wanted to keep my pup on all natural treatments and what a relief it was to have itchy dog recommended to me. It's so informative and easy to use. The products are well described to buying what you need is easy. They are fairly priced and in usable sizes. Service after purchase is excellent and piece of mind that I am doing right by my pup is priceless. Will be recommending thus website to every dog owner I meet and I'm certainly going to tell my vet!

My order arrived quickly, only criticism,is that the pipet in the Four Seasons is not very clear, the dosage is 1ml but there is no 1ml marking on it .

I can't fault this company, product was brilliant and just had they had described. Delivery good too.

I've had a mixed bag of experiences when dealing with this company. Firstly, when I placed the order and paid via PayPal, it took the money from my PayPal account but their website showed an error message and no order was logged on my account. I tried ringing them, only to find they close early on a Wednesday, so I emailed them. I got a response pretty quickly saying there had been a problem but it was sorted out and it had now gone through. The order was sent quickly, unfortunately when received I found it had been packed in such a way that the lid of the Billy No Mates (a plastic tub) had been bashed in by another item and the powder had leaked out. I contacted My Itchy Dog about it and they apologised, offering a 50% refund. The refund was actioned quickly but it was showing as 'pending' for several days, normally refunds go through within a day or so. After 3 days I contacted M.I.D and PayPal to find out what was happening. As usual, M.I.D replied promptly saying they'd checked and it was due to go through that day. However, PayPal replied saying there wasn't enough funds in M.I.D's account to cover the £6.50 refund so they were having to get the money from another account, which would take several days more. I contacted M.I.D forwarding PayPals comments but have yet to receive a reply. The refund is still 'pending' after 5 days.
I doubt I will place another order with them. I'm sure that if things go smoothly then they're okay, but I've had too many problems to use them again.

Super-service, answers came within hours. Delivery was flawless and extremly fast! I placed my order on a friday and got my package the day after, and I live in Denmark!

I use as few noxious chemicals as possible so using them on my pets (with questionable results) made me very uncomfortable. It's too early to tell how effective the products are but I've heard good things so I have high hopes. Delivery was quick and everything arrived in perfect condition.

Very pleased with the four seasons, so easy to use. The Billy No mates is a bit of hassle in that it has to be given every day.

I have been searching for a safe alternative to spot-on flea treatments for my dog, and was recommended to look at the website My Itchy Dog.
I found exactly what I wanted - Billy No Mates - which is a herbal tincture that I add to my dog's food daily to protect against fleas.
I don't know yet how well it will work, but a big plus for me is the fact that it is so easy to use. It smells and tastes lovely, I add it to my dog's food, and she happily eats it.

This is my second time ordering from My itchy Dog. I love their products and just recommended them to my neighbor for her itchy dogs. I have had such a good experience with this company I don't even mind the overseas shipping time, which is still faster than a couple companies here in the States. My dogs feel good, I feel safe buying from them and trust their integrity. I've used expensive chemicals, pills, shots, lotions, I spent a lot of money and was never nearly as satisfied as I am with these all natural products. My dogs suffered needlessly. I thank you My Itchy Dog for stepping outside the box and helping my babies.

Order was prompt, well packaged. Dogs have taken the powder easily on their food. Early days whether it actually works, but here's hoping.
