I came here based on the positive reviews - big regret. I brought in several expensive garments for both wash-and-fold and dry-cleaning services on behalf of my client. The prices were higher than other businesses, so I expected high-quality results.
Unfortunately, a brand-new faux-fur-lined hoodie in the wash category was completely ruined despite my clear instructions for a cold wash: the faux fur was entirely destroyed. Additionally, when I received the dry-cleaned items back, every single piece was still soiled and showed no improvement from when I submitted them.
To make matters worse, I have been unable to reach customer service since last week to discuss these issues. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of service and the lack of communication regarding this matter.

Ruined hundreds of £ worth of my things. No accountability taken. No apology given

We were very happy with having found the pick-up service and book through the app. Unfortunately, two out of three times we used it, they stored our debit card details in their systems and charged an extra load of clothes using our account (on top of what we had already paid) without letting us know. Not an email, a call, nothing. We felt robbed. We only found out through the banking app, called the service, emailed, and they kept saying they would call back, making up excuses, instead of owning their mistake and simply refund us. I would never trust a company that stores people card details and uses them as they want.
I am vey sorry that this happened and I have to warn others because it’s very literally STEALING.

Terrible company. Items came back dirtier then when I dropped them. And completely destroyed a pair of very expensive trousers I left with them and took no accountability. Awful experience. Do not use them.

Great reliable service and clean sheets! I love that they have an app that tells you when delivery is en route and because you can book within time brackets its really helpful for my business when scheduling last minute orders and requests. Highly recommend.

Terrible communication and lack of care. They took a very special item of clothing, ran all of the dye while cleaning it, sent it back, and then it just disappeared. No one will respond to me or give me any answers via email or phone call, saying a warehouse in Walthamstow has been shut but otherwise giving no answers. It has now been a year. Do not use this company.

Decent staff but extortionate prices, especially for the dryers

Unfortunately, the company did not iron 3 shirts and instead left big wrinkles. They said that they will process the refund but it has passed 2 weeks and been ignoring my calls. The customer service does not reply at all on the issues. Be careful.

I had high hopes for this company and heard amazing reviews so I decided to download the app. We placed the order for them to be collected on bank holiday and it was arranged the following day and money was taken out of the account however we are still waiting for our clothes to be returned and for someone to contact us. I really had high hopes for this company. But if they can get in contact with us that would be helpful.

Excellent service from My Laundress. Very convenient and the app is so easy to use. Collected and dropped off the items on time during the alloted slot. The service is excellent and i would definitely recommend.

I visited Manchester, England for wedding. I needed my suit to be dried cleaned and the groom recommended ‘Mylaundress’ laundromat to me. With the time constraints that I had, I explained the limited time frame for getting my suit ready and the host was willing to help me out. As a tourist I really appreciated the assistance I received and the efficiency of the turnaround time. I would recommend anyone to use their services.
