I bought a pink Chanel Boy bag and what I received was nothing like the website. They didn't even send me all the photos and ask for my approval before they sent it. They just sent one quick photo and by the time I replied one day later they said they had already sent it but when I receive it they would be happy to address any issues. Boy were there issues. Thankfully I paid via PayPal so after alot of negotiations I received a full refund for the very low quality bag I received. I've donated it to good will.

I much say customer service is amazing my package did take up to 15 days to arrive but I was notified that’s how long it would take and it did take 15 days exact, but when my item arrived I must say I am very much pleased!! I love it!! Was not disappointed at all. I will be ordering more item!! I am going to be a regular customer!! Thank you ☺️

they have awesome customer service and beutiful bags with excellent craftsmanship... my bag came with a little imperfection so I contacted them and they inmediately responded and kindly offered to replace it with any other bag of the same price range, I then asked for the chanel 19, in black leather and it is just BEAUTIFUL and perfect,smells delicious and looks absolutely authentic, so that encouraged me to order more and I can't wait to have them!!!

My lux bag is the Chanel tote. My glam bag has not arrived , hoping it is as pictured with an on time delivery and undamaged . Blindly I have placed a second. The Website is easy to navigate and so far I am pleased with the service. Will update after I receive my item.
