Why is it that all the websites I went to were different names but same pictures?? Red flag to me.

2 weeks delivery, Product as describe, Super cute good quality. No weird smell. The only thing I didn't like is that you don't get the box as it shows in their videos in website description and social media. Handbag is mega super cute.

Part two of my review of MYluxgembag. I paid $50 ( $72 CDN) to get the right bag, they sent the wrong one the first time. I received the bag. It was not in a box. The bag is dented and bent now. Looks bad. also on the bottom of the bag there is some weird fold in the canvas. I think they sent me a return or reject bag. The handles on the bag are really long, don't look like the ones on the website, Instagram or the real bag. Anyways, I gave them a chance again, I am very disappointed in the quality control and shadiness of this company. Its really sad that that honest people give them money for a product and they just don't care. Its disgusting. I hope this helps in making anyone's decision to buy from them.

Quality bag- just not sure if it’s real leather. Identical to original in every other way.

I saw my girlfriend's bag and asked where she purchased and she gave me the website. I was skeptical because I couldn't get onto the website if I was inside my home - weird. I had to be outside in my car away from house in order to get to the website, again, weird. I was skeptical about the bags and the company but yet I ordered anyway. I was pleasantly surprised.

I appreciated the speed of the delivery. The bag did look like the picture. It was wrapped crazy and was in a dust bag. However the stitching on the back of the bag was sketchy. I informed them and they gave me 3 options. I can exchange it but keep the bag I ordered. I could return the bag and receive full refund and pay for shipping or I can receive partial refund, I opted to exchange for another bag. I had to pay $80 shipping which is why I gave 4 stars but I got to keep the original bag. Which works for me. I will order from them again. Everything they promise seems on par.

I ordered and received the LV Speedy 30 Lucky and was very pleased with the quality of the bag. It was packaged in a logo box with dust bag, paperwork, key and tag accessories as well as two bag charms. Shipping time was as stated and I received it two days earlier than expected. I received an email after I ordered and update emails after that including tracking information. They provided great communication. I highly recommend myluxgembag.com and have ordered two more bags!

I was after a particular handbag that was not available at other online stores or was priced extremely high.

If I could give 0 stars I would. NEVER received my bag. I ordered this back in May. Several emails back and forth after THREE delivery dates came and went and I never found out what happened to my order. I was finally able to get a refund from my bank, but do NOT give these people your money. It is a complete scam. They stopped responding to me when I asked why I had never received the order. I urge you to buy from other retailers because you will not receive your item and they will try to keep your money.
