CSK243984 purchased 12/23/25...Still waiting on my items. First told delivery date of 1/8/26, then told items lost by customs but will be reshipped. After several apologies #lies was told my reorder was shipped and would receive in a few weeks, now as recent as 2/15/26 Im being told their warehouse is being relocated and no shipments will be sent until after 2/24/26. Total SCAM - They will bury you with apology emails and excuses and tell you your item was lost but will reship order and offer a complimentary bag of your choosing from their website equal to value of what you ordered due to slow shipping to give you hope of receiving your items, only to tell you they can't offer a complimentary bag.

I purchased a bag back in late December of 2025. I was continuously reaching out for an update on my order. They would reply stating my order is expected to arrive between December 26th and January 6th. I still have not received the item that I fully paid for. When I continued to reach out for an update since the arrival date had surpassed, their reply was that is was simply due to the season and that the item is still on the way as they reached out to the carrier for this update. Another week passed the same reply to my follow up on delivery. After several weeks had passed, they stated that they apologize for the inconvenience and I had one of two options...receive a complimentary bag free of charge and still continue to keep the original order once it arrives or request a full refund. Well, I went for the latter and requested the free complimentary bag. Well guess what...I still have not received that item at this time as well. As I continue to follow up, they eventually said that my original order has been lost in transit and the courier can no longer locate the item. After several back and forth I asked when they will be sending me a replacement of my original order since this item was paid in full, they stated that I would have to pay another $80.00 in order for them to do so. I stated that was bs and they should eat the $80.00 for stringing me along this far. Not only that, the complimentary bag that they promised to send has still not arrived and was expected to be delivered by January 13th. When I asked for an update on that delivery, they stated the same answer as my original order...the shipment has been delayed. I find it odd that two separate shipments have the same result. My recommendation is do not buy/trust this company as you will most likely not receive your order. I have asked for a full refund from the company. Waiting for their reply.

Absolutely appalling Service from theiving company!!!
We purchased a luxury suitcase from them for $900US currency conversion to $1900AUS, at the beginning of December, and the experience has been nothing short of a headache and frustration. Despite paying such a premium price, we have received nothing but conflicting, misleading information. We were given three different shipping dates, one of which stated that it would be received between 1-3 days, yet we had no advised delivery from the local post who had no infomation on it, so that was a flat-out lie. We have been told numerous times that it was 'stuck in Customs' or there is a huge 'backlog and delay', while we have successfully received multiple parcels from all over the world during the same period, yet this bag still remains un-delivered.

My bag was advertised as Italian leather it is made of some sort of synthetic material definitely not leather or worth the price I paid. Very disappointed and a little disturbed by the bait and switch as advertised on their website. Avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately , my experience was frustrating. I was billed for two bags when I only ordered and received one. Despite reaching out, the company has not processed a refund for the incorrect charge. I expected better accountability and customer service

What I like is the authenticity of your site. I have been scammed in the past and am currently trying to get a refund or the bag I ordered back in September 2025! It doesn’t take 4 months to receive an order! Anyway you are always in touch with your subscribers and so far I am happy with everything. Thank you. Hope this is helpful.

I have had a really good experience with Myluxgembag.com. A few months ago this year, I purchased a handbag and I had a question about the product and they replied very quickly. The product was delivered within two weeks and packaged very well. My purchase was very well made, great material, I was not disappointed. I received a lot of compliments. I was very pleased with my purchase. I just ordered another item and they emailed a picture of the product before shipping it out, which I love to see. My current purchase is a Christmas gift for my daughter and I can’t wait for its arrival.

I bought their most expensive Chanel copy and it is absolutely horrendous. It came all shoved in a box. It looks nothing like the original. It screams copy a mile away. Stay away from this company.

My overall experience with the company was great, the customer service department replied and answered all of my questions. I received my purchase and it was great, topnotch quality! I'm very satisfied.
