Be careful when ordering from this company. The photos and video of the product I bought were Master quality and what I received was 5A Canal Street quality. I ordered a purse that was supposed to have a canvas shoulder strap and instead it is silk like and long enough for a cross body. I also now realize that it zips in the wrong direction, has the wrong zipper, and the hardware is so yellow you can tell it is very very fake. I didn't notice this initially, not until I saw the real Master quality dupe and the real bag in person. This is not even 1:1 or mirror. I'm so disappointed and I have to deal with it because it's over a month now.

After 21 days from the time, I received my order confirmation, my bag finally arrived. There were many delivery updates, which were confusing and at times made me doubt whether I would actually receive the bag. Some of the information was repetitive and showed the same status even a week later.
I contacted service, and they sent me a separate tracking link that was accurate and precise. Overall, the delivery process was long, tedious, confusing, and uncertain.
That said, the bag did arrive in good condition. It is very nice, and the quality is wonderful. Would I order again? Most likely—now that I know I need to be very patient. Overall, it was worth the wait.

This purse is such a great find! The design is sleek and versatile, and it holds everything I need without feeling heavy. The material feels high-quality and holds its shape well. It was also packaged so nicely. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The company was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I received my purchase. Definitely recommend!

I have made 3 purchases so far. 2 have been great, one had some flaws. When the flaws were addressed , they made it right. I would recommend and I would purchase again. They do take time to arrive since they have to go through customs. So expect at least a three week wait time .

🔴 If I could, I'd give them negative stars. I'm completely appalled by the poor, cheap quality of the bag I received from MYLUXGEMBAG. The product arrived after a 2-month wait with significant damage, including markings, lines, and breaks in the material. The packaging was inadequate, and it doesn't even resemble the original photos.

The proposed solutions from customer service are unacceptable and don't address my concerns. Despite multiple emails, the issue remains unresolved. I'm extremely disappointed and regret my purchase.

I won't be making future purchases from this company and strongly advise others to avoid it due to the poor product quality and lack of satisfactory customer support. 👎

Easy to use great selection

I ordered the XL Chanel bag on my first order. Let me say the bag is absolutely stunning! It is so versatile. I am travelling currently and used it to bring my laptop and heaps of other things as carry on. The bag and contents fit nicely under the seat in front. Postage was quick to Australia and communication was excellent. I have just placed a 2nd order.

I would give them a negative star if I could . I bought their master quality and received cheap products that looked nothing like what was advertised. One was suppose to be leather came in a cheap canvas , the other had a peeling and damaged bag, and the 3rd was a completely different bag than I ordered and looked cheap. I spent over 1500 for theee bags and Customer service said it would be 80 dollars per bag to return them .
