I ordered a LEDVANCE SMART+ Indoor Plug. All the information on the MyMemory website said that it was unconditionally Alexa compatible. Upon trying to use it, it transpires that it's only Alexa compatible through Echo Dot speakers. A brief email exchange with the manufacturer confirmed that this is indeed the case. Makes no sense for me to buy an Echo (which retails at around £35+) to make a £7 plug work as advertised.

The thing which really surprises me is that it would appear MyMemory perform no quality control checks on the products they sell, for had they checked this one out the shortcoming would have been obvious and they could at least have added a caveat to the product description. Indeed they still haven't added a warning on the product description on their website.

Havitt Power Bank sold with a 1 year warranty
I purchased a power bank from MyMemory. It has stopped working in the warranty period and no longer charges. When I reached out to MyMemory, the retailer that provided a one-year warranty, they now claim that their coverage is only for six months, with the remaining warranty period handled by the manufacturer. When I purchased the power bank online, it was not clearly disclosed that MyMemory provides only a six-month warranty, with the remaining coverage handled by the manufacturer.

They sent the wrong item and then did not respond to any emails or messages trying to get information about a refund. Thieves - avoid.

Extremely useful gadget holds my phone well easily purchased quickly dispatched, well pleased.

There was a fault with one of the items and they sent me a new one straight away and did not ask for the old one back!

Easy ordering, & fast delivery.

I jumped through all your hoops but all you wanted me to do was change my password. I did that rwice but you still wouldnt accept my login. You then wanted me to prove i was human with some sort of degrading click a picture test. I am 72 years old and live at the top of a 3 storey house and was completely exhausted going up amd down 2 sets of stairs to fetch my phone and then my wallet. I have the best credit record you are likely to see but that wasnt good enough for you. I have purchased from you before without difficulty but stiil you insisted on treating me like i was some sort of criminal. All this just to buy a 256gb drive for £19-99. If thats jow you treat honest customers then guess what. You just lost one.

Bought an SD card, this was one of a number of SD cards highlighted on their website as suitable for a Zoom H5. The card I received does not function in either of my two H5 recorders, it is not as described and not fit for purpose. They advised me to format it in another device! The point is, I had ordered it for use in my H5 and their listing said it was compatible with Zoom H5 which it clearly is not. After 3 emails, no apology, they sent me an extensive returns form. Now I have to print out, (i do not have printer) fill it in and pay for the return postage. It feels like they make it so difficult to return something and they know for something that cost £8 most people will not consider it worth the time and effort to return it.
Their customer service is very poor, they wasted a lot of my time for such a low value purchase. Ebay sellers and most other companies, the seller sends a postage label with codes that connect it to the original order. Now i'm doing all the work, filling in the form going to the post.

Even though the product that I received was faulty, the customer service team resolved the matter in a timely and polite way and they were excellent in their communication and customer experience!
I would recommend this website just for that alone, well done to everyone involved, these days it's so difficult to have such a humane, quick and effective way to resolve things. Keep up the good work!
