Quick delivery, bluetooth headphones work very well, good sound quality, a bit plasticky, but for the price very good.

Bought a memory stick from here. It arrived faulty, I had to return for testing. I made it clear I needed a replacement ASAP and asked the replacement be tested before shipping. This was agreed upon.

It took them over a week to just refund me with no explanation. I had to email them again to find out what was happening and they said they'd sold out. A good company would have offered an equivalent product (they have plenty for similar prices). The terrible communication, waste of my time and over all poor experience means 1 star. I won't be buying from this place again.

Always a competitive price and plenty of choice for memory cards and sticks.

I sent a return to them and they where apparently moving. Never had any problems till now. Won't be refunded as no proof of postage. Freepost label from their website but not accepting responsibility. Won't be using again

Wouldn't supply items. Strange that they supplied similar items to me before so strange they couldn't this time.

I had purchased two phone chargers from MyMemory a few months ago. One of them stopped working recently. I contacted MyMemory support and they were very helpful. They sent out a free replacement, which arrived quickly. However, this one had a capacitor whine issue – i.e. it made an annoying hissing sound when in use. I contacted MyMemory support again and they sent me another free replacement. This one, thankfully, is working well and silently.

The retailer doesn't have much control over the quality of the products they sell. These are authentic Google 30W fast chargers, so I'd expect them to be of good quality. However, sometimes things break, especially electronics. When that happens, the quality of the retailer's customer service is tested. MyMemory did not disappoint and I will certainly buy from them in the future.

On 22/01/2025 i ordered cables and dash board cams on my memory and they never delivered my items and says my item is delivered and asked me raise complaint with royal mail.I raised a complaint with royal mail and I provided investigation number but still they haven’t delivered my parcel.No manager in my memory is responding and there is no proper help chat aswell.Disgusting company and please don’t order and waste money

There is a hassle free returns promise on this website. So far they have offered me a 25% refund on a product not as advertised that I can’t use. I needed it to go on holiday so wanted immediate advice on how to return
They have now said that “as a gesture of goodwill” they will refund with no need to return. Goodwill! I’m speechless ( almost )
