We've always used Adrian & Melissa and they have provided a very good service overall. This rating reflects that high standard over many years.

On this occasion, however, there were a few things that could have gone a bit better. Even though some of those things were out of their control.

WRT the app, it's a great idea and very easy to use and navigate. Allowing a copy and paste function (for the document store, messaging section etc) would it improve it further.

Excellent end to end mortgage experience, the process was seamless and using the app I was kept up to date at all times, however Adrian & Melissa are on hand to answer any queries. It’s reassuring that the best deal is researched for my finance circumstances something that I could not navigate. Thanks once again (a repeat customer from at least 12 transactions over the years)
