After a previous bad experience with a mortgage broker who didn't understand that sometimes customers need reassurance, it was an absolute pleasure to speak to Adrian at the Little Sutton office. What a decent, kind, warm and reassuring human being. He had a completely different way of seeing things, and I felt instantly comfortable with his professionalism and explanations.

My third mortgage arrangement with My Mortgage and as ever they make this really simple.

I am very happy My Mortgage Brokers, from the very beginning when I made the initial appointment with Adrian and he talked me through how they work to get me the best and most suitable package to even getting me a slightly better deal a month or so later after a drop in the interest rate. Also Melissa was great at keeping me up to date with the progress of the mortgage application and if there were any further documents or signatures the lender needed. Overall I can't fault them and have and will recommend to friends and family

Chris advised my husband and I on getting a mortgage when we were buying our first house. It was an exciting and nerve wracking time and he was brilliant at explaining how the application process would work at each stage and how a mortgage works overall. Having never used a broker before he was clear at outlining how an independent broker, like himself, works across the whole mortgage market and has access to the full range of products available. He was a pleasure to deal with, very professional but with a great sense of humour too! I'd recommend him to anyone who needs a first-time mortgage or a remortgage.
