This company needs AVOIDING, they were supposed to collect my pallet from the shipping company but never did, depsite promise after promise and numerous phone calls to them, they never call you back when they say they will, I had to pay over £1200 to the shipping company and have my pallet collected by myself, I have now obtained a CCJ against this company as they said they would repay the storage charges they caused, but they have not, next step is to send in the baliffs!!!
Shame there is no -5 stars as I would have picked that, they also parade as p4d.com,,,same company

Company is going in Administration, but isn't just yet. We'll file for trading whilst insolvent, and will hold company owners privately layable for the full amount.
Paid to deliver a pallet from UK to…
Paid to deliver a pallet from UK to Italy in June 2023 - they said the paper work wasn't in order as one of the contents was a battery. We got the paper work sorted, then they told us on the 11th August that they couldn't pick up the pallet as their company was entering administration and to request a refund either from my credit card company or from their appointed administrators (who replied that they would get in touch with me in due course). Doesn't look like I'm getting my money back anytime soon.
Their internet page though is still up and running. Shouldn't someone look into this?

BAD customer service
Parcel picked up on agreed date, booked one day delivery option at extra cost, parcel delivered 3 days and 3 hours later. Contacted company who just said it was to be delivered the next day, a day late. Asked about refund on the charge for one day delivery, have been totally ignored. Extremely bad customer service, will never use again and hopefully others will not either!

Used MPD twice. Not gone so well.
I've used My Parcel Delivery twice in the past two weeks. To be fair I think the fault is with DPD. I paid for next day delievry with DPD via MPD. Dropped off at the collecton point on Wednesday, collected on Thursday and delivered the following MONDAY !!! The second time I made sure I dropped off the parcel when the collection point opened at 9am. Not collected (yesterday) and still waiting at the time of writing. Emailed MPD on both occasions. No reply (yet). I guess Christmas will be the excuse. If it's not going to be "next day" don't advertise it as such !!!
One year, and 19 emails later, still not refunded
In October 2021 they damaged the item I was returning to Victoria Plum, who sent me photographs and explained they could not refund me.
Finally, at the beginning of June 2022 Ryan (Customer Service Supervisor), confirmed I would be paid as a claim (only half the value of the item due to £ limit per kg on the insurance), and asked for my bank details. Over 4 months later I am still waiting to be refunded and my emails are being ignored.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Terrible service and terrible customer service. I am £447 out of pocket.

They've lost my package and after my initial enquiry, they escalated my ticket to claims but since been very quiet after repeated messages!
Norway pallet delivery (or not!)
I contacted MPD to help me ship a pallet to Norway. When I initially contacted them I asked a price (including the pallet and wrap) and asked how long it would take. I was told by Andrew (the sales guy) that it would be next day and he gave me a price. When it came closer to booking it I found out that the price didn't include the pallet I would have to find that, which I did. Then when I cam to book it I was told that next day wouldn't be possible it would be around 6-7 days which I said was no good. I was then told that it could be delivered in 4 days which was fine so I booked it. The afternoon before it was supposed to be collected I was informed that the delivery of 4 days wasn't possible and probably never was possible (it appears I was told that purely so I would book it). I was also told that the next day delivery was never possible and shouldn't of been offered. This left me in a situation where I wasn't going to make my deadline so I looked for an alternative solution and cancelled the booking.
DO NOT USE!!!!
Note that P4D and Myparceldelivery are the same company. Posting on both for everyone to know how crap they are!!!!!
We used P4d for delivery of some of our pallets for my business. First of all we paid for express service and they did not get picked up. We had to keep hounding them to get picked up the next day. The pallets were then delivered with over £2k of stock destroyed and boxes within the pallet crushed and one of the pallets tipped on its side. they clearly did not have it strapped in correctly in the truck.
However, to make matters worse we had insurance via P4D. At first, Ryan from customers services was responding and then suddenly when we came to settlement, we heard nothing. They are still ignoring us now and it's been 2 months. We are only a small business and £2k is a lot of stock to lose.
Pay the extra money and use a reputable business. They are scammers and cowboys!
P.s I never normally write reviews often, so this should reflect how bad this service was!!

Came to collect pallet 3 days before it was due to be collected and wasn't ready for collection, never returned on the correct day to collect. i was promised by RYAN from support that i will receive a refund within 3-5 working days, several emails now and no reply. its been over a month of waiting. court papers will be filed within 7 days if moneys are not received..

Placed my order on Monday for collection Tuesday. Stayed in all day and no collection. Phoned Wednesday morning to be told collection today before 5pm. No collection at 4.20 so phoned but all busy so went on live chat- Still on chat and being told collection will be today but maybe as late as 8pm. Hope it will be collected but two full days staying in awaiting collection. What annoys me is that I did not realise this was a third party and thought my booking was direct with UPS. Will not use again - EVER.
